- fitness center is not available 24 hrs
- key cards didn't work, had to return to front desk with all my bags and get them reprogrammed. They actually placed me in a different room after this and when I found the room, the door was already being propped open with the security bar. It took two more rooms to find one that didn't smell and where everything was secured to the walls firmly.
- breakfast garbage cans overflowing, this happened both days I was there, it's a hard one to miss.
- lots of small pieces of garbage scattered in hallways

Clean, comfortable rooms that are fairly priced.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms that didn't have any chemical/fragrance smells. Good service. Average breakfast.

Cons:

Ran out of breakfast meat before 9am. The doors slamming is very loud! Not very good sound proofing.

Perfect.

Clean, reasonably priced, and comfortable.. no bugs found during my bed bug check, the only thing I found kind of gross was the velvet chair in the corner.. gross. Lol

Cons:

Leave the extra viewing chair out of rooms. It's just gross.

Wonderful.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The pool was a decent size. The snacks available for purchase were reasonable in price. Free wifi worked well.

They dont actually have vending machines. And my son and I love vending machines.

A decent stay with room for improvement.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent! Availability of things like towels and trash can liners was useful. The refrigerator was surprisingly larger than expected, so we really enjoyed that. The location is also incredibly great as there are many restaurants in the area. Having a fan in the bathroom was also very unique and something that tends to be needed, so to have it in our bathroom was a major plus!

Cons:

I think there needs to be a second ice machine on the second floor. Having just one and on the first floor was quite challenging. Also, not having a public microwave was also challenging when needing to make food outside of the hotel room. The doors constantly stuck (possibly on the carpet) and needed to be pulled shut quite loudly. The bathroom sink also seemed to have a leak on the handle and the shower's little shelving was coming off of the wall. I think parking lot cameras should be installed as we dealt with a vehicle towing situation and staff didn't have a solid way to help with it. However, the staff itself was very friendly and helpful whenever they could provide it. The owners were as well (I met one of them). The parking lot needs quite a bit of work as there does not tend to be enough room for when the hotel ends up full. The neighboring hotel (under construction) needed to be used and ran the risk of ticketing, which can be concerning to guests. There could be another table or more drawers to help with storage. We also saw a lot of mosquito like insects on the grounds, so pest control may be needed more often.
