The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
The in-room fridge was a good size.
Convenient to Walmart, restaurants, and the event venue.
Our room was next to a sprinkler room, and we would hear a very loud noise every few hours. By the time we figured out that it wasn't going away, it was almost time to check out.
The breakfast was all sugary with minimal offerings. The disposable coffee cups were 4 oz. I had to drink 4.
There was minimal bedding.
The mirror was one sink wide which caused some problems getting ready in the morning.
The floor of the tub was stained such that my daughter didn't feel comfortable soaking in the tub as she had hoped after her volleyball competition (and no hot tub).
Vary clean nice rooms friends staff definitely recommend for a stay while your in Sandusky
Nothing
It was close to the Ceder point sports center. Relatively quiet. It performed to my expectations.
I shouldn't complain about free breakfast, but it could use some refinement. The juice dispenser was not in operation. There was only water and separated milk to choose from. Coffee was sub-par.
Breakfast was awesome! Fresh, hot and tasty. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast, english muffins, oatmeal, juice, something for everyone!
Didn’t use the pool, but it looked a little gross.
We travelled with a group for a volleyball tournament and it was during a horrendous snowstorm forecasted. The hotel was happy to work with the entire group and not hold any cancellation policy against anyone in the whole party - they automatically refunded the 2nd night without being asked. I booked through a 3rd party and did not purchase the insurance so I did not ask for accommodations to have a refund but one family did ask and after speaking with the Manager, they authorized the refund for the night we were not able to stay. I found the price so cheap that my husband and I did not ask for a refund. What we paid for 2 nights is typically what we pay for 1 night elsewhere. The staff asked what time the tournament started and started breakfast an hour earlier to accommodate our athletes too. The pool was clean and not overwhelming with chlorine. The establishment was very clean including the room and bathroom. I loved the bed and that says a ton for us.....neither of us sleep well away from home and the bed was beyond comfortable that we slept without waking. I travel quite a lot and really liked this facility compared to many of the 5 star places we have stayed. We will definitely return to this hotel because we come to this tournament every year. Front desk staff was very kind and extremely helpful!!!
The curtains on the 1st floor could be of better black-out quality as it is on the ground and people in the parking lot aren't considerate when starting vehicles. One of our traveling families complained about the headlights shining directly into their room.
Everything was very good
I should have stayed on second floor, people above had kids up til at least 1 am, not the hotels fault just needed to vent
Everything was so convenient. Having the refrigerator for some of the necessities of medication. The morning breakfast was a great convenience, even with my food allergies there was a balance of food, and I could use my own tea bags. I also took my own bread and had the convenience of the toaster and had my own milk for the cereal. The refrigerator and microwave were a great necessity for those of us with celiac. I also liked having the safety phone in the bathroom, just in case.
I didn't have a television channel to attend a catholic mass Sunday morning.
Breakfast was very good, breakfast attendant was very nice along with the front desk at check in! Location was solid!
Dirty hallway carpets with stains and not vacuumed. Room was ok except door didn't close easily without slamming it and the ceiling was dirty with black spots all over maybe cobwebs or mold?
Affordable, breakfast was good, proximity to Cedar Point
The room was very dated, toilet seemed to have a leak and was running all night, fecal matter on bathroom door jam, not very clean at all
The free breakfast and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
I booked with 2 queen size beds but I feel like I got 2 doubles instead also for being the winter I would think they would have salted the ice patches.
Breakfast was good. Workers was very friendly. Not far from Cedar point
Microwave wasn’t cleaned out. Food was left in the microwave. Pool was very cloudy.
