Pros:

Luxurious hotel in the heart of town. Quiet corner room (#704). Cosy large bed & pillows. Extremely clean. Front Desk is polished & professional. Valets are polite and helpful. East to pick up Uber at front. Fast elevators. Indoor pool. Fitness centre is thoughtfully ample - incredible choice of equipment. Women's Locker room has sauna & showers. Spa on property. Wellstocked & staffed evening bar. Great breakfast options in hotel dining. Pleasant walk to Whole Foods for healthy lunch options.

Breakfast was great

Cons:

Roon - heather too loud. Couldn't get to curtains without climbing on furniture. Service at bar slow. Brought us wrong bottle of wine

The hotel is a bit old but in general very good, the spa in great the gym as well, rooms as spacious and bed super confortable.

Great location but property is just a-ok.
Pros:

location in midtown is excellent, close to many points of interest

Cons:

facility is tired 1990s look. rooms have old-style carpet and bathrooms have no water pressure at all. property could benefit from some capital improvements.

Not the Four Seasons .
Pros:

This 4 Seasons where we stayed often 2000-2015 is In desperate need of refurb.this was such a disappointment . Our room smelled horrible, i can only describe it as a dirty old locker room , carpet looked dingy and threadbare, sheets not the usual crisp white clean sheets. Not once did anyone open any door / from arrival until departure though 3 men stood around?? After a horrible night sleep due to smell snd dust - we could not justify nearly 1000 a night . Moved to St.Regis- heaven on earth ! Treated so well , room was Impeccable .service above and beyond.

Excellent one night stay
Pros:

Stay at any Four Seasons hotel when I have a chance. My one night stay here was excellent. Very clean, well appointed hotel. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Ruth and Yanni in the restaurant were both outstanding. I will make up any reason to come back to stay here.

I thought the hotel was perfect for my stay. The rooms are large and beautifully designed. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable.
