Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Had a recent fantastic stay at this hotel! I had initially stayed here a few years ago and didn't have a great experience. I spoke with leadership and they immediately made it right then and there and for a future stay. This time around was PERFECT! Check-in was easy, breakfast was enjoyable, the room was spectacular with views and everything you could ask for, the fitness center packs a good punch for a hotel gym, and it's conveniently located. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfectly fine
Pros:

It was good - not as good as WeHo hotel but still OK. The food was actually quite good and service a bit over friendly but that's better than the alternative.

Cons:

Parking situation needs to be made clearer - I valeted and could have easily parked self - not sure which was cheaper - an abiding mystery :)

Very nice hotel but maybe perks and benefits need to be understood by staff better.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean and big

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive. Service was poor. Front desk staff struggles with perks and promotions that’s being offered and had to be reminded by me. Also mistakes on billing for breakfast that too 1/2 hour to resolved

1. Limited vegetarian options in the menu. Preferably having more gluten free and vegan choices will be much appreciated

Great Stay Even Better Location
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights through New Years and I enjoyed it. I made my reservation through Amex and was able to score a room upgrade to a suite. The location is great in a safe area and I'm really a fan of the self-parking option and the price isn't too bad. Definitely a much better place to stay than West Hollywood and it's now my preferred hotel on my visits to L.A. I used my dining credits to order room service and picked it up from the restaurant. Everything was tasty and fresh and the service was friendly. In fact all the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. Great Proximity to WeHo, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica not to mention Westwood. Looking forward to my next visit.
