Drury Inn is my favorite Hotel!
Pros:

After check-in we viewed our room, then got back on the elevator to the lobby. A friendly voice behind us gave a hearty greeting, it was Bryan the General Manager, He has excellent & consistent customer service!

Cons:

I was not necessarily excited at check-in. The lady at the counter could have shown a friendlier demeanor. Her expression was, I'm just here working. She was not rude but could do better by smiling.

Best stay ever at a hotel, reminded me of a home away from home.

The breakfast was very nice. Eggs excellent. The staff is absolutely amazing, those ladies have it to a science.....and so friendly! Coffee is great too!

Cons:

I expected a bathtub to relax in and shower. I got a shower like I had in the hospital. You should have a choice. I didn't want that. I booked the room about month in advance and paid $100 more when we got there! Won't be back for that very deceptive reason! I complained at checkout to no avail. I was told it was homecoming weekend. Then I should've been told that when I booked. Can't get an actual phone number to speak with the hotel so booked thru booking. Com. Didn't know. I'm 66, not up on all the tricks. I should at least get a senior discount or credit! Love, love, the entire staff though!! Friendliest We've ever met anywhere! Never seen a hotel that clean...I swear you could eat off everything in the building.
