Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Place was very clean overall, room was cozy, inviting, clean. Bed was comfortable, got a good night sleep!

Staff was extremely attentive

Cons:

I had an issue with a miscommunication regarding my rate. Tommy at the front desk fixed the problem.

Booking . Com staff was very polite on the phone but the property actually took the initiative to fix it.

Very, very good
Pros:

The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional. I did have to pay a pet fee for my ESA animal who is a registered service dog. I thought the $60 was a bit excessive.

Nice would stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Clean and newly renovated . Pool area and hot tub clean.
Quiet even tho close to highway .

Cons:

Dinner side kick was small not many items. Pool towels were empty- tried call front desk for more but no answer.
