Very pleasant. Reserved a room there again in 2 days on my trip back.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the Kickback was wonderful, the room had all toiletries, and they have a great breakfast. I never had to leave the hotel, once there.

Cons:

I don’t know about the other floors, but it takes a little while to get hot water to the room.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional! I loved them all.

Cons:

My husband has congestive heart failure and COPD, which I told the lady who checked us in. He absolutely cannot climb stair, which I told her. She said, "No worries, we have an elevator." She then placed us on the 5th floor in room 501, the furtherest room from the elevator! If there had been a fire, there would have been no way for him to get out!

I would highly recommend both the staff and motel. Exceptional.
Pros:

Very clean. The staff were very friendly and caring. The check in lady was exceptional. The next day she was in visiting the guests at breakfast to make sure they had slept well and that their stay was great.

Cons:

There was NOTHING I didn’t like. Everything was above and beyond great.
