El hotel cuenta con facilidad para desayuno básico. Esto fue de gran ventaja pues pudimos aprovechar el día desde temprano. Además, cuenta con servicio gratuito para guardar equipaje. Si la persona llega antes de la entrega de cuarto o desea quedarse unas horas adicionales en el área, te guardan el equipaje por unas horas. Esto nos permitió dejar el equipaje y comenzar nuestro recorrido en Barcelona de forma inmediata.

Nothing went well. We did not stay. I want my money back!! We had to quickly and with great effort in 93 degree heat go looking for a new hotel at the last minute. Could not stay at Condado. We were not the only guests complaining.
There was nothing to like, but a lot to dislike. I want my money back. Did not stay even for one night or even one hour. Awful!
It was impossible to spend even one night there. We checked in, surveyed the rooms and left.. Each room had one paper cup, one face towel. The shower looked dirty. The air conditioning was not working. It is a dreary place. Although it was prepaid, we left and booked another hotel, spending extra money. The new hotel that we had to book in place of the horrible Condado was comfortable, clean and rhe rooms in another Booking ,com hotel had real glasses unlike Hotel Condado which provided one PAPER CUP per room. Also provided was a big, clunky key which had to be left at the desk. All modern hotels provide a plastic type entrance key which you take with you. Shame on Booking for offering a dump hotel, prepaid with up front money which I want returned.

Todo perfecto, muy amables y profesionales. Además, la habitación contaba con todo tipo de detalles y pudimos aparcar justo enfrente, en un garaje con el que tienen convenio y un buen descuento. La zona muy cómoda para pasear por Gràcia y muy tranquila.
La máquina de café de la recepción no está disponible de 6:00 a 14:00. Entiendo que la idea sea incentivar el consumo del desayuno, pero para quienes solo tomamos un café por la mañana, no compensa pagar el buffet completo; además, ofrecer ese servicio no les restaría clientes. La estancia fue realmente excelente, así que me parece una pena que un detalle tan simple como tener la máquina cubierta durante la mañana empañe la experiencia.
