We had a wonderful stay , friendly staff, great breakfast, and a convenient location made it perfect

We had a great stay! The staff was excellent, receptionists, breakfast team, and even the cleaning staff were all super friendly and helpful.
We had to work from the room a few times, but the housekeeping was very flexible and kind when they came to clean. The breakfast was amazing, lots of variety, overall I’d give it a 10/10!
The location is also good. If you want to go to the free beach, it’s either a short bus ride or about a 15–20 minute walk, which was no problem for us. There are closer beaches too, but those charge for sunbeds and umbrellas.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ideales Hotel, sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück, freundlich, Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, empfehlenswert.
Sind mit dem Bus zum Strand Pachuka gefahren war toll

Tutto sommato comoda e gradevole. Sapendo in anticipo i dettagli già indicati penso che potrei tornare perché comodissim

Comoda, centralissima, calda, pulita e accogliente. Tv specchio bellissima

Cons:

Su Booking era disponibile colazione a pagamento in struttura ma quando l’ho chiesta mi è stato detto che non era possibile e che avrei dovuto prenotarla con la prenotazione della stanza. Un altro operatore ha poi ammesso che manca personale. Insomma, colpevolizzare il cliente non è bello. Inoltre potrebbero pensare ad un buono per consentire una consumazione in un bar vicino. Qualche soluzione per essere all’altezza delle stelle. Inoltre non sono state date informazioni sulla tv mimetizzata nello specchio. Per un pomeriggio abbiamo pensato di non avere tv. Bastava solo dare qualche istruzione in più anche perché e’ bellissima (magari consentire di alzare l’audio perché era troppo basso).

Cons:

All’arrivo la camera era ghiacciata. Hanno acceso lo split del riscaldamento e ci e’ voluto molto affinché fosse calda la camera. Non c’e’ altro riscaldamento se non uno split e un termo arredo nel bagno.

Non c’era l’acqua calda! Abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda! Probabilmente hanno avuto un problema all’impianto però non avere l’acqua calda in pieno inverno non è piacevole
