Great stay
Pros:

Great location. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

Staffing was welcoming, friendly and engaging; room clean; HVAC was set at a comfortable temperature, so I didn't have to wait for usual "unoccupied room" to warm up.

Not a good place to stay
Pros:

Kids run the show, cant use the hot tub when 14 little kids are in there and the parents dont care. Hotel staff neither. 14 little kids in a hot tub unsupervised is ridiculous. Staff didnt fix it either. Terrible place to stay.

It was easy access to hwy and our event. Room super comfy.
Staff was amazing, soooo friendly. Nice too have hot breakfast(it was 20 and below when we stayed. Nice too have happy hour dinner and pleasantly surprise on how good it was and again staff for dinner awesome!!!!

Cons:

Had indoor pool. Wanted too work out, however opens way too late and in the evening full of kids running the whole pool.
Able too use workout facility.
The only issue we had was as the smell in hall ways.
Hall by elevator on main floor and our floor 3rd smelled like sewage.
So we used other elevator and it only smelled on 3rd floor, light sewage and mildew smell. In room was fine.
