Room was very strange and old.
Breakfast and dinner were included. Facilities were well-kept, and the staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions.
There's nothing not to like. I would stay at the Duruy Inn & Suites again. The experience exceeded our expectations!
Wonderful experience! Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean property!!
We stayed overnight on way home from Gulf Shores. Dinner/drinks, pool, breakfast, cleanliness of room, and comfort of bed were all outstanding. I’d book again! Every staff member was so friendly, hard to find that anymore!
I have had a good experience in the past but I was scheduled to stay 2 nights starting last night. I woke up this morning with bites all over me. I had manager come in and showed her the small pieces and spots on my sheet. I took at least 8 google pictures and every one of them said they were bed bugs and or bed bug stains. I was refunded my second night since I won't be staying but I am still charged for last night. They have to have a company come in to verify before I can get a refund. Pretty sure they won't tell me or anyone else it was bed bugs after the inspection. I have plenty of pictures for documentation. Unfortunately this has left me very unhappy with their protocol. I always try to stay at a Drury but that will change now. I will hang on to the pictures for proof of what was there
Everything it was easy simple and clean!
Nothing!
The comfort of the beds, the breakfast & dinner, customer service was pretty good
That it costed extra for my emotional support dog
Hotel staff is very nice & accommodating. There was not any excessive noise during our stay and all facilities were open. Breakfast was good - eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc.
The air conditioner is controlled on the wall instead of the unit itself. Our's didn't appear to change even when we pushed buttons to make it cooler. It wasn't uncomfortable, we just prefer to be colder while we sleep.
Our second trip to Drury Inn and it was again, a wonderful experience. The staff is awesome, friendly and REAL. The food was really good, especially the night menu (they had GOOD hotdogs, yes I am a hotdog foodie) TRULY...wonderful staff, comfortable bed..free food morning and afternoon and drinks. 10 out of 10.
Staff was amazing! Pool was nice and the entire place was clean.
Breakfast was a little cold by 8am
The room was very comfortable.
I was excited to stay at this location because of the updated renovations. I was very disappointed to see the carpet dirty as I was walking to my room. With the amount of money I paid for the room I expected to see clean carpet throughout the hotel.
Not only did they have the best free breakfast I've ever seen in the U.S. but they also served a free dinner and drinks at 5:30 each evening. The room was also exceptional. It was so nice not only a private bedroom but also more privacy in the bathroom. The last thing is the price. The price was $200 less than other hotels in the area and twice the amenities.
They only thing I would add is a freezer would have been nice for keeping frozen things like my medication and my dog's food but that isn't a deal breaker. Drury is our new favorite hotel.
