OK on a sold-out week.
Pros:

This location looks kinda hip but it seemed at every turn there was something showing signs of wear. Dead printer at the business desk. Glitchy lights in the room and phantom TV shutdowns. Even the room booking system was unreliable. Staff trying to get the job done but mgmt needs to stwp up.
