Pros:

Proximity to airport and shuttle access was very good. Enjoyed the breakfast! Also used the well equipped work out room!

Stayed here at the beginning and end of our visit for a wedding up north

Pros:

abbiamo usato questo hotel per una notte per la vicinanza all'aeroporto, colazione ottima, il servizio navetta buono, l'unica cosa noi siamo arrivati all'aeroporto internazionale e la navetta parte dall'aeroporto nazionale, da usare un bus blu sempre gratuito per un aeroporto all'altro tutto molto facile

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien équipé et de qualité.
Le petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet est extrêment copieux
La chambre était très agréable et le lit confortable
Il y a une navette gratuite qui mène vers l'aéroport toutes les 30 min
Par contre il n'ya avait aucune info sur la disponibilité d'une navette de l'aeroport vers l'hôtel j'ai donc dû payer un taxi 20 dollard

Cons:

Le shuttle n'est pas une valeur sûre. Nous l'avons attendu 1h30 à l'aéroport mais il n'est jamais venu. Nous avons contacté le personnel de l'hôtel qui n'a et rien fait pour nous dépanner. Nous avons du affréter un taxi et le payer. Je trouve cela inadmissible.
La navette est sensée passer 24 h sur 24 mais à 21h elle n'est jamais venue.
Je ne pense pas revenir dans cet hôtel.

Pros:

Our check in clerk, Heather, was so personable and helpful. Probably the best check in clerk I have ever encountered.

Cons:

The difficulty and excessive time it took to take the shuttle from the international terminal to the hotel.

Good for a quick quiet stay
Pros:

The staff was very nice. It was quite, long and public areas were clean as well as the shuttle service.

Cons:

Rooms smelled of smoke . Not their fault but someone was clearly smoking illegal in the room next to me or something.

Pros:

room was tidy clean and with convenient space , staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good with a middle range varieties , the location is quite good but you have nothing to do during your stay but sleeping and eating, even though it is very near to the airport.

Pros:

24 hour hotel shuttle to and from the airport, on a regular schedule. Very polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, even accommodating our pre 6am departure. Comfortable bed. Room darkening curtains.

Cons:

Hall noise by other guests. A bathtub with slow draining action (informed the front desk for future guests).
