Pros:

Location was decent to places we were visiting. Cost was decent. Liked that breakfast had a good selection. Loved the pancakes maker.

Cons:

Room was sometimes a little stuffy like the ac fan were not blowing right. Some nights were fine but 2 nights it was a little stuffy.

MALISIMA ATENCION. no me dejaron entrar a la habitación porque estaba "completo" el hotel y "no tenían disponibilidad", pero IGUAL me cobraron. me dijo la mujer que me atendió, de muy mala manera, que yo debo hacer el reclamo a Booking por vender una habitación que no había disponible. En definitiva, tengo dos cargos del Fairfield Inn en mi tarjeta de crédito por una habitacion que NO OCUPE. Es una vergüenza la atencion del hotel y la falta de respeto de Booking al venderme una habitacion que segun el hotel no tenia disponible. Tuve que buscar otro hotel en la madrugada del 7 de julio y pagar otro hotel.

Pros:

habitacion bonita y amplia

Cons:

En la recepción no hay una persona que entienda el idioma, ni con el traductor, hasta que no llego una persona para poder hacernos entender . La reserva no la encontraban que no se habia hecho teniendo el numero y nada... mucha demora hasta que por fin
El personal que hace el transporte muy malgeniados y tampoco entienden nada en español y lo miran a uno refeo.

Quick turn around trip to pick up my son from Atlanta.
Pros:

The room was clean and ready and I really appreciated that I had to check in late (11 p.m. ) and there was no question and my room was ready and waiting.

Cons:

I had a handicap accessible room and the shower curtain in the shower did not close.

Nos solcionaron el problema que nos creó otro hotel al dar a otro cliente nuesta habitación pagada dos meses antes por no hacer el check-in debido a que llevábamos 26 horas viajando y llegamos a la una de la madrugada. En el Farfield se portaron muy bien, deberian aprender de ellos otros hoteles.

Nada, todo muy bien. Repetiría.

Pros:

I had to leave for my flight before the breakfast was open.

Cons:

There was a used soap bar in the bathroom, the employee didn’t mention that (because I used the wrong card at first) that my other card was charged twice. Still waiting on that to drop off.

Super Start für unseren Roatrip
Pros:

Das Hotel war in der Nähe vom Flughafen und sehr gut vom Mietwagen Center in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch gibt's einen Shuttle Bus der alle 30 Minuten fährt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig. Das Hotel ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für eine Amerikareise oder Ausflüge in die Stadt.
