A short but sweet and beautiful stay, perfect for our 10 month anniversary. Thank you!
Pros:

Everything. The staff were super friendly, the rooftop pool and spa/view was exceptional! Our room was clean, spacious, modern and had everything we needed. A massive shower with great water pressure and we had an amazing view from our apartment. Felt like we were in the city!

Helpful front office Staff on the premises and clean, secure, and safe!
Pros:

Location, safe, clean and comfortable, and your FO staff are welcoming and helpful, given my osteoarthritis hinders and is painful when walking.
But also If i stand too long.

Cons:

I’m acutely aware of the increased cost of living, however i do question the additional cost of $30per night for carpark. Avani is not the only ones charging for carpark space, but a carpark space was “courtesy” and all part of bringing business to “accommodation places” and patronage.
More and more of my networks (locally, nationwide, and overseas) are now taking the time to research accommodations offering “No Pay Carpark”, and to enjoy free Carpark at the time, and returning in the future as well as spreading the word.

Amazing views in Box Hill
Pros:

We needed accomodation close to Box Hill hospital. This was an easy 5 minute walk away. Luxurious apartment - full kitchen & laundry. Great views from inside the rooms as well as the balcony. We sat having breakfast watching the balloons fly by in the morning. Pool and spa on the rooftop is stunning. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Hidden Gem
Pros:

I recently stayed at a hotel in Box Hill and it was honestly the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. The room was immaculate, with a spotless bathroom and a full kitchen that had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The balcony offered fantastic views, and the air conditioning worked perfectly the entire time. One of the highlights was definitely the infinity pool and large spa on the 19th floor — the views from up there were incredible, especially at night.

The staff were also extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Box Hill.
