Pros:

The staff were friendly and understanding. The pool is great. The flat was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Only got water the first couple of days, then we were told no water as it's not warm. We were also not allowed to cancel our booking at first, while it was made by mistake.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. A big thank you to the staff lady her name was Cecilia was very good and she help us too The one bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable . We had everything in the room. We would love to come back and stay again
