Pros:

Die Lage und der Pool. Frühstück war wirklich gut.

Cons:

Preise für den Parkplatz sind unverschämt, für einen Bruchteil kann man 100m weiter in der Semperoper sein Auto abstellen. Sauna kann man nur zu sehr eingeschränkten Zeiten benutzen.

Dreadful
Pros:

Very little. The room was big and comfortable with a good view. The bed was comfortable and not hard.

Cons:

There was only one person on duty when I checked in. He said he couldn’t help me with my luggage although he eventually did. I then spent about 1.5 hours trying to get out of the car park on foot. Only one disabled space next to the third and final exit but a complete lack of accurate signage elsewhere. No explanation given as to how to get out. One exit on to the street was via an unlit room.
The bathroom was large, the shower doors opened outwards into the room draining water as they did so. The surface then became lethally slippery. Because the room was large there was nowhere to grab hold of when you slipped. It was then discovered that the water drained to a puddle in the middle of the floor which remained long after the shower.
The general attitude of the staff was “no” so it became a sort of game to get ahead of them so that no became yes.
They did waive the parking fee when none of their parking machines were working and my German friend went and remonstrated with them.

Świetny hotel przy Starym Mieście Drezna
Pros:

Obsługa hotelowa była perfekcyjna. Od recepcji, przez restaurację po personel sprzątający. Wszyscy byli bardzo mili, uprzejmi i bardzo profesjonalni.
Pokoje są przestronne, lokalizacja 5 minut spacerem od starego miasta. Świetne śniadania.
