Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer. Waren damit sehr zufrieden
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit.
Das einzigste was nicht sehr gut war, ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Es handelt sich hier nicht um die Qualität, sondern um die sehr langsame Auffüllung der leeren Behälter. Es waren immer zu wenig Brötchen da oder sogar die Wurst war teilweise fast immer vergriffen, gekochte Eier und Rührei haben sehr oft gefehlt. Hier sollte man wirklich überdenken, dass man etwas mehr Personal dafür ein plant. Das Personal, was vor Ort war, hatte alle Hände voll zu tun und war komplett ausgelastet, trotzdem hatte dieses Personal immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und war sehr freundlich.
Vielleicht sollte man überdenken, in dieser Hotelkategorie zwei Frühstücksbuffet aufzubauen, um allen Gästen gerecht zu werden, denn viele von denen haben sich ganz schön negativ dazu geäußert.

Our second visit and we really enjoyed our stay. Love the breakfast. Very large rooms with everything we needed. Lots of little extras in the bathroom. Lovely stroll to the centre for sightseeing etc. Transport options nearby.

Die Größe des Zimmer war super

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is no iron or ironing board in the rooms, no coffee maker and no microwave in the rooms.

The staff cared about the guests.

Ein sehr schönes Maritim - Hotel in einem umgestalteten alten Lagerhaus.. Personal sehr freundlich. Leider kann man nicht von der Terrasse aus auf die Elbe blicken.. wäre noch ein weiterer Pluspunkt gewesen.

We didn’t like this hotel: very bad musty smell in the room, our bathroom sink soap wasn’t refilled, the bed was uncomfortable, the staff isn’t friendly, and the area around the hotel smells like sewage. They charge 24 euro for parking while there’s a good safe public garage only 4 minutes away where you can park for 6 euro a day.
Breakfast was good but the orange juice was awful. They have only 2 coffee machines that were always missing milk or coffee beans, and had a long line. Nobody came to our table to offer coffee.

Flot hotel med god morgenmad, stor parkeringskælder, hvor de er ved at opsætte ladestandere til elbil.

Dejligt tæt på den gamle bydel

Dejligt hotel, forholdsvis tæt på centrum af Dresden.
Nem parkering og fint dobbeltværelse.

Kan anbefales ved besøg i Dresden by.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Hotel was very nice and clean excellent condition.

Walking up was a little hesitant but once inside it’s beautiful! Our room was the size of an apartment! Huge! Living room two bathrooms dining room and large bedroom. Walk out the back door and walk along the river to see the sights. We didn’t have breakfast there but it looked fantastic. Short distance to the tram which will bring you right to the train station.

Amazing place to stay.

Ein paar Tage zur Entspannung.Der Weg in die Innenstadt nicht weit.Direkt am Radweg.Kleines Schwimmbad.Alles bestens.Ein klasse Frühstück.
Nur die Parkplatzgebühren.....aber der Parkplatz der Oper ist ja nicht weit.

The staff is very efficient and friendly. The rooms are of good size, clean and comfortable. From the outside, the building is not attactive, but inside, especially with the atrium is really nice. The location is also great for walks along the river and into the old (or the new) town
