Room keys did not consistently work. Beds are hard as a rock.
Pros:

Not too much.

Cons:

Front desk service could be better. My room keys worked when they wanted to. I got locked out of my room at 3 AM after taking my dog out. I waited outside my room for 20 minutes trying to get in.
The next morning, I told the front desk that my keys didn’t work at 3 AM and he didn’t seem to bother bothered about it.
The bed is hard as a rock so if you like extra firm, this might be the place for you.

This budget hotel met our needs.
Pros:

Easy check in. The gym equipment was a plus for an early workout. Easy access to Interstate 55. It was close to many restaurants and stores.

Cons:

It could use some updating and tlc. The in-room comfort (heating-cooling unit) was finicky and could use maintenance/repair.

Met travel needs
Pros:

Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Cost was outrageous for me! A similar hotel I stayed at that week just outside of Mempis was $89 for a night. Joliet is well outside of Chicago and I was shocked by the $200+ cost. That will absolutely prevent me from any future stay.

Never use booking.com!!!!!

Property seemed fine

Cons:

They did not confirm my reservation throughbooking.com. They would not give me the room I had reserved. I had to pay for additional rooms in order to sleep there because there was nowhere else to go and it was so late at night and I was traveling with my family. I would never ever use booking.com again!!!! I still haven’t received my money back. I’ve had to borrow money to continue on my trip because booking.com is not refunded my money.

Pool seems hazardous , very slippery edges. Jacuzzi looks outdated , needs a new paint job. Shower needs curtains? No bathroom/changing area in the pool area. No staff or security on site after hours 😳
