Is absolutely beautiful from the interior to the exterior… The rooms are clean, sanitized very modern and the staff is amazing. It’s such a comfortable feel from the pool table to the pool to all the interior decorations..

Great location in the hometown of Jamie Foxx
Pros:

The location was great and across from lots of shopping and Buc'ees. There was lots of inventive seating for chatting and studying, and the decor was beautiful. There was even a pool table.

Cons:

There is no closet in the room, and the room seemed smaller than the average hotel room. People waited while at breakfast for the eggs, sausage, and pancake machine to be refilled. This was the first time I had ever waited for food to be refilled at a hotel breakfast. Perhaps they were short on staff the day that I went because I only saw 1 person where most places have 2 people working for breakfast.

I did not like that we couldn’t check in, at check in and how the situation was handled before a manager stepped in and helped.

Perfect for our one-night stop
Pros:

Location was perfect for our stop. Area seemed safe and was convenient to many restaurants and Bucee's.
Lobby was pleasant, clean and staff was friendly during check-in and out.
Breakfast was typical for hotel quick breakfast--oatmeal with toppings, donuts, English muffins, bagels, variety of cereals, pancake maker, scrambled eggs, sausage slices. Drinks--milk, juices (no apple), coffee and tea. Fruit--only apples and bananas.
Room was clean with no carpet which is always a bonus. Small frig, place for your suitcase and hanging above it, desk and tv with streaming services for you to log into if you choose.
Bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers. Body wash bottle fell off the holder when my husband tried to pump it. Single sink with dispensers for hand soap and lotion.
Lobby had a nice sitting area for guests along with a pool table that was being used by some when we check in.

Overall--clean, basic necessities, friendly staff.

Cons:

Walls were thin--you could hear conversations in the hall and tvs. Road noise could also be heard inside the room.
Breakfast--no biscuits or bacon; no apple juice. Fruits--bananas had black spots and apples were bruised and no where to wash them or no way to peel them. The website and hotel signs really pumped up the breakfast but it was just typical hotel fare. Don't expect frills but it does provide a nice stop.

Disappointed
Pros:

At 11:00pm I was wake up by the next door children yell and singing..So I called to the front desk and the night manager can up . I had to call 3times .before they was quiet for one hour.I did not get no sleep and I had to travel with no rest .All the managers kept telling me I’m sorry..I will not stay at a tru by Hilton again walls are paper thin. Was very disappointed.
