Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days.

For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more.

Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee.

A surcharge of EUR 10 applies per hour for early check-in and late check-out. All requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and confirmation by the property.

Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas. For non-compliance USD 250 violation fee is strictly enforced.

For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $15 applies and is chargeable at the property. 

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights, and USD 15 per day thereafter.

An unauthorised pet will incur an additional charge of USD 100, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. Service animals are exempted.

I’ll stay again for convenience!
Pros:

Very friendly staff!!!

Cons:

Interior of the entrance needs improvements and tv up grade of the rooms and dryers were not working and there is no ice machine would be great if staff can prefill the ice trays for guest I had to buy ice

the toilet seat was not the correct size, and the sink in the kitchen area was not installed correctly. The water in the shower was hard to tun off.

If you need a place to live on a low budget, this might be it. Traveling through? Go somewhere else!

clean bedding and comfortable bed

Cons:

Room was very worn... like it had been used too long without repair. Furniture was dinged up. Bathtub faucet leaked constantly. Bathroom sink didn't drain. It appeared that people were living in this hotel and that it is priced for very long term stays. Price was low but we got what we paid for..

Cons:

Breakfast was a joke. Had coffee and breakfast bars. That was it. Aldo not the cleanest. I think because of age decay not really sanitary issues.

Cons:

Just the overwhelming smell of weed from 10pm-7am when we left. The facility is so run down. Our dresser drawers broken and opened, veneer peeling off the end table. Free breakfast was granola bar, oatmeal and hot water and instant coffee not that I would've have eaten anything in this Facility.
