Arriving at night and seeing a paper in the window if the lobby that all reservations are cancelled, place is full. Blaming booking com on being clear that it's just a first come first serve reservation that I made.. what is that? Owner, stop listing in third parties if you know there is a problem, or unr just getting a backup list thru booking. Com? Not ok.

How Booking.com will not refund my expenses even though they have spoken to the property and the 24(48) hr waiting time.
I wasn't able to check-in... I wasn't able to SEE a room due to some system issue at the property.... Yet BOOKING.COM will not refund my payment
arrived to find the motel was vandalized we could not stay there we had to make arrangements at a different motel
