It was raining so I couldn't use the pool, but that's not y'all's fault.

The breakfast was great and the person that prepared it was beautiful. The staff was great. I will revisit my next trip to Ruston.

Breakfast and location were fine
3 major complaints-
1) The property was filthy! Rooms and hallways smelled like mold!
2) The ceiling above the shower actually fell into the tub while we were tried to shower!
3) The tv did not work.

The corridors were never cleaned through out our stay. We continued to walk over the same used toilet paper and candy wrappers. Also, there was a bad order in the corridor near room in the 230s. The dust was thick on the hanging blinds...the property could have been better cleaned.
Scary, ackward access leaving to get on a one way street, need safer, better exit.

Hall smelled a little funky, shower liner wasn't long enough to stay inside the bathtub, scratchy comforter, closet door wouldn't stay shut
