Fine but needs updating
Pros:

Location and pet friendly. Had a destination Tesla charger.

I would NOT recommend or stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast and location were fine

Cons:

3 major complaints-
1) The property was filthy! Rooms and hallways smelled like mold!
2) The ceiling above the shower actually fell into the tub while we were tried to shower!
3) The tv did not work.

Cons:

The corridors were never cleaned through out our stay. We continued to walk over the same used toilet paper and candy wrappers. Also, there was a bad order in the corridor near room in the 230s. The dust was thick on the hanging blinds...the property could have been better cleaned.

Hall smelled a little funky, shower liner wasn't long enough to stay inside the bathtub, scratchy comforter, closet door wouldn't stay shut

I try not to stop in Louisiana, ever! If other places were like this I would stop in Louisiana all the time!!
Pros:

Location is great for travel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Great!! 12pm check is awesome!!

Pros:

While the staff was friendly and helpful, ultimately the check-in process was extremely frustrating as the system was down. Waited for an hour or so and the staff who did a good job had to manually bypass the system to get us a key while the system was fixed.

Pros:

Lobby heading to the elevator had a gas smell
Our room was not very clean at all. Bed had a bug under pillow bathroom garbage was not changed and besides the bed was someone’s charging cable
Near tv tea bag tag on floor also

The hotel stay itself was nice. I had no issues. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The issue I had was after I checked out I had pre-pay for my room. They charged me three times prepaid for the prepay when I called the hotel asking about it I was told a manager would call me back the next day. I never got a call back. I will never stay at this hotel again.
