Easy access to our room right by the elevator and stairs. We were there for a family event and the conference rooms were perfect. This is a big facility and there were a lot of people staying.
The beds were not as comfortable as I expected as the sheets overly smelled of chlorine cleaner and the pillows were not as soft as most hotels. Also the air conditioning/heater was extremely noisy throughout the night and since there were a lot of guest staying, it was very noisy on our floor.

So this hotel is no 5 star by conventional rankings, but by all means it really was as nice as any hotel I've ever stayed at , and thank you for this experience.
It was clean , super clean, well kept ... the staff was sooo friendly , classic Americana, respectful friendly helpful, actually took pride in providing customer service... which has really gotten lost in the sauce in the past few decades, this entire staff is truly amazing, I hope the owner knows & recognizes these folks . They also provide a shuttle service to the local area, so very helpful & convenient.
I could go on & on about this small town hotel in the middle of Montana, but trust me , if you're going to Kalispell.... give the Hampton a shot , the hospitality effort & upkeep will take you back in time to a beautiful place !!! Thanks again 🙌

It was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast and loved that pool and hot tub was open 24 hours.
