Convenient to venue we were going to. For the most part safe
The AC Did NOT work. Room was very hot. Bathroom really needed an upgrade, mold and rust old unused brackets hanging from wall. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Could barely rinse the shampoo from our hair
I read the other reviews and was worried about the age and condition of this property. We tried it anyway because location was convenient to our destination.
We were given a double room on the first floor. The room had laminate plank flooring that was either installed improperly or not waterproof. It had damaged edges there were pieces loose and shifting. In front of the sink, several pieces of flooring were missing, and they had covered it with a piece of carpet – like a bath mat.
Apparently, there’s some type of storage room or crawlspace under the first floor rooms in the back. Creepy noises and crawling sounds under the floor at night. The property is very old – and the walls are very thin. We could hear people talking 2 rooms down when we knew there was no one in the room next to us.
It’s sad – because it’s such a great location – but this property should definitely be demolished.

La habitación tiene muy buen tamaño, cuenta con un frigobar, la ubicación del hotel, esta literal a un costado del metro, tambien hay muchas opciones para comer.
Tiene una pequeña área de alberca y reposeras para descansar, me gusto mucho que me cuidaron las maletas sin costo extra

Super accueil de la part du personnel dans le lobby.
Nous cherchions un hôtel proche du métro (red line) - localisation parfaite.
Quelques restaurants autour (et très bon).
2 supermarchés donc pratique.
Piscine pratique pour se détendre en fin de journée.
Un gardien de nuit le soir.
Propreté de l'espace piscine (les bains de soleil à nettoyer).
Une de nos 3 chambres avec un des fameux gros cafard Californien (toujours impressionnant comparé à la taille des cafards européen).
Bruyant à cause des bruits de la ville (normal, c'est Los Angeles) mais aussi des clients ; nous avons eu un groupe qui était particulièrement bruyant à 2h du matin. L'hôtel pourrait par exemple afficher des consignes ("calme après 22h).
Disappointing stay — not as advertised
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I stayed for six nights and paid almost $1,300, so I expected a much better standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
The biggest issue was that the room looked nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com. From the moment I arrived, there were several maintenance and cleanliness problems: the toilet did not flush properly, the bathroom was in very poor condition, the sink drain was broken, the bathtub was stained, and the toilet had significant black staining.
On the second day, I found a cockroach in the room. I killed it and initially decided not to make a complaint. However, on the night before my departure, I found another very large cockroach. At that point, I reported the issue.
Earlier in my stay, when I complained about the bathroom, I was offered another room, but it was actually in worse condition than the original one, so I decided not to move. What was frustrating is that nobody told me that there were better-maintained rooms available. Only after I reported the cockroach issue on my penultimate night was I offered another room, at around 11:00 PM. When I finally moved, I found that this room was actually in very good condition. If I had been offered a room like this from the beginning, I would have been willing to pay more for it.
The room change was also very inconvenient. We had to move all of our belongings, including several heavy suitcases, from the second floor to the first floor. We did not receive any assistance from the hotel staff with the move.
Because of all these problems and the inconvenience we experienced, I requested a late check-out as a courtesy. Unfortunately, my request was denied, and I was told that a late check-out was not possible unless I paid an additional $60 fee.

Location. Parking. Clean and tidy. Nice room set-up. Did I mention location?
I’d prefer a coffee machine in the room - but I also like getting up and going over to the office to get coffee, so it’s good and bad.
