Overnight parking fee?!
Pros:

Location was easy to get to and the room was more updated and modern than i expected. I will admit, walls seem pretty thin but other than that it’s one of the better hotels for that value in LA. Only draw back is that they charge for keeping your car parked in their lot overnight? That was a first. I almost cancelled my stay while checking in because no hotel has ever done that before. That’s something they need to get rid of immediately because charging your guests an additional fee to leave the car parked overnight is ridiculous and not customer friendly. It’s almost like you’re telling your already paying guests to find somewhere else next time. Anyways, like i said. Hotel and staff is nice. However, that overnight parking fee is terrible and needs to be removed immediately.

Overall great stay, I would highly recommend!
Pros:

Amazing hotel, very close to the metro and bus, walkable distance to Walk of Fame and Griffith Observatory (longer walk). Very nice staff, the room was great as well!

Cons:

The room was on the ground level and the doors had a little gap so for the first night I couldn’t sleep, because I was afraid someone might want to go inside. The blinds were hard to shut completely so even at night the room was not totally dark, as there were no curtains.

Strong armed for my $100 Sec. deposit
Pros:

My stain was pleasant had no problem until after checkout when I called to inquire as to where my deposit was since it hadn't been returned yet and I know that I left the room as I found it. Whoever answered the phone told me that there was a report of smoking in the room which I know I didn't do and they were going to keep my $100. Wouldn't give me any explanation or reason for the withholding of my deposit just that I'd get an email and to respond to that. I think I've already overpaid for the few hours that I stayed there plus an extra $55 for early check-in. Then they win a strong Army for an extra $100 with no cause. Not a happy camper

Paying for parking!Because I extended my stay one night they charged me $25 dollars again. I paid $50 dollars for parking. That was my 3rd stay there, no more.

Overall was impressed, security were present so you felt safe. They were also quite helpful.
Pros:

Location was good walking distance to most sites. Food eaterys all around. Pool on site was great.
