Great room in heart of Berlin!
Pros:

Huge room, with ample bathroom, bedroom/living room, small kitchenette area and closet. Our room also had a nice outdoor balcony. Great water pressure and never ran out of hot water.

Cons:

The elevator was a bit slow. That is really the only thing I can give any sort of negative feedback about.

Great value for money with excellent location.
Pros:

Spacious suite with a livingroom and a separate bedroom. From the livingroom you can access a small balcony that looked to the backyard, which was handy to have a drink or two.Very quite all day long. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Ubahn station righut at the building. Parking garage was easy access with comfortably big spots

Struttura abbastanza centrale. Abbiamo lasciato la macchina nel garage direttamente sotto la struttura a 20 euro al giorno e ci siamo mossi a piedi. Ottima la pulizia

Erholung über den Dächern von Berlin

Das Studio war super eingerichtet mit einer kleinen Küche und einem traumhaften Blick über Berlin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ideale rustige comfortabele locatie voor short stay in Berlijn
Pros:

Een ideale plek als tijdelijke woonruimte voor wie short term in Berlijn werkt. Loopafstand van de staatsopera. Veel winkels in de buurt. Prettige fitnessruimte op.bovenste etage van hetzelfde pand. Bijzonder rustig gebouw, weinig contactgeluiden hoorbaar. Ideaal voor musici die in stilte voorbereiden op komende voorstellingen. Aanrader! Het personeel is ook nog eens erg aardig. En ze hebben een perfecte Illy espressomachine in de kitchenette van het appartement staan met gratis capsules.

Niets. Absolute aanrader!
