Good choice
Pros:

Large, very spacious apartments. Incredibly helpful staff. Great location right in the center of Berlin. Very close to a wonderful Bavarian restaurant, grocery store, metro station, Checkpoint Charlie, and Unter den Linden street.

All in all, it did not meet my expectations. I suspect ratings to be fabricated.
Pros:

Breakfast was very very simple, did not live up to the expectations and their description. Way overpriced and not worth it at all.

Cons:

The experience is completely oversold. Breakfast was outright bad, spa facilities... Very modest.
