Perfect base to explore central Berlin
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mandala Suites. Right from the start the receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating (we arrived early and were able to check in straight away), and the standard of the accommodation was extremely high: tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, and spotless facilities. It is located very centrally, with a lot of attractions within easy walking distance, and right next to the Stadtmitte U-bahn stop for things further afield, with an excellent coffee shop nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Etablissement incroyable, parfait pour se sentir comme chez soi
Pros:

Le Mandala Suites est incroyable, les suites sont très grandes, très propre, très confortables.
Le calme absolu, de jour comme de nuit était très important pour nous.
Nous avons adoré la décoration façon coloniale.
La cuisine est bien équipée ce qui permet de cuisiner un peu si on n'a pas envie de sortir.
Petit déjeuner correct sans plus.
Check in/out très simple.
L'accès aux suites est sécurisé par badges (portes + ascenseur)

Cons:

Il faisait un peu chaud et nous n'avons pas compris le fonctionnement de la climatisation.
Une chaine de TV francophone serait un plus.

Ein durchschnittliches Hotel mit großen, geräumigen Zimmern, sehr guter Lage und noch viel Luft nach oben. Das Hotel wir

Die Lage ist klasse. Zentral in der Friedrichstraße in Berlin Mitte mit unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und mit einer kleinen kompletten Küche ausgestattet. (Sogar Gefrierfach)

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Man hatte an einigen Ecken das Gefühl, dass die Vorgänger erst eben raus sind. Auf dem Sofa lagen noch Krümel, und auch eine Schublade des Schreibtisches war voller Krümel. Das Housekeeping kam erst 15:00 Uhr in unser Zimmer und hat die benutzten Handtücher mitgenommen, jedoch nicht durch neue ersetzt. Die Rezeption ist nur bis 20:00 Uhr besetzt, so dass wir nach unserer abendlichen Ankunft nur noch kleine Handtücher zur Verfügung hatten und auch keine großen bekommen konnten. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr minimalistisch. In der Preiskategorie fehlen essenzielle Dinge wie: Schuhlöffel, Näh,set, Steckdosen (USB Anschlüsse), Regenschirme, Bügeleisen etc.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend bis durchschnittlich. Die Angebotsvielfalt war nicht wirklich gegeben. Es gab außer gekochten Eiern, keinerlei Eierspeisen. Für Veganer wäre es völlig ungeeignet.

If in Berlin, don't stay anywhere else.
Pros:

This is the third time I stay at the property and found everything very consistent.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like is the wait for the single elevator. Twice I had to wait almost 5 minutes.

Φτωχό πρωινο. Αυγά μόνο βραστά Μικρές ποσότητες στο μπουφέ που αντικαθίστανται αργά κι όταν τελείωσε το άσπρο ψωμί είπαν ότι δεν είχαν αλλά

Heel ruim appartement. Fijn bed en ruime badkamer. Aparte WC.
Prima ontbijt niet overdreven.
Locatie is overal dichtbij.

Pros:

Everything was perfect! We regularly stay in Mandala suites at Friedrichstrasse for many years already and the seervi, facilities, cleaness are alawys on the highest level! All members of the team are incredibly friendly and professional! And especially we want to thank Mr. Tongvirai who made our accommodation so special! We felt so welcomed and we cant wait to come back soon!
