Mice!!!!!!
Pros:

The staff was great ,helpful and verry friendly. Always tried to accommodate any request.

Cons:

Unfortunately I had mice in my room. My girlfriend was very freaked out about them. I found where they are entering and exiting the room. Im not sure how I feel about it at the moment. It put a major damper on our stay .I had to throw away all.of our food we brought because she would not eat amy of it because the fear of the mice...also the toilet was backed.up took me two days of plunging to get the blockage out.

Worst hotel in anchorage
Pros:

Honestly, none of it.

Cons:

Didn't like any of it. The room doesnt look anything like the pictures. The first night when we got here, right before I put my daughter on the floor, I was putting her toys so she could play, and I stepped on a nail. In our room. The best they could do to make up for the inconvenience was give us $11 in credits. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The manager was very helpful when we had no washcloths in our room and our fridge did not work.

Cons:

There was no furniture in the room except for the beds and a desk. No where to just sit. Big open area where furniture should have been. Terrible breakfast. The food was absolutely disgusting. Staff other than the manager had no clue on what to do.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Staff were awesome. Location was awesome. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have breakfast in the morning. I like hotel rooms that have windows you can open. So nice to have an airport shuttle.

Cons:

Air conditioning was very loud. Did not like to use it.

The hotel seems to have been updated recently. Or in the process of.

The T.V. in our room was busted. The whirlpool tub is very dated. I wouldn't trust it to use.
