Pros:

It was decently clean

Cons:

False advertising. Mini fridge didn’t work asked to move rooms. Neither king room had pullout couch . First one had no place to sit second one had backyard style seating. Only showers no bath tub. Breakfast was mediocre at best. 2nd night management was knocking on the door at 1:30 am because paper work wasn’t done correctly due to switching of rooms. Microwave was on its last leg. Overall not a good stay.

need to do a better job of keeping the guest noise level down. loud music all night is no fun.

Our room was nice enough- but I would not go back

Location proximity to the mushing district abs railroad

Cons:

The indoor pool is not heated. They ran out of towels…we had to go buy our own. We were there 10 days… same tasteless scrambled eggs and sausage. Staff was pleasant enough but way under trained to answer ANY questions. Seems everyone just started - something as simple as could we get a roll of toilet paper required contacting the manager. The facility just felt…sad.

Pros:

It was across from the ice sculptures so that was cool there was a pool which we didn’t find the chance to use but it was a nice add on

Cons:

The window was broken the room was freezing the shower floor was covered in dust and a bunch of weird grey stuff everywhere there wasn’t any sofa like it said originally and the room just felt empty

The location is great for what we needed.

Cons:

They gave our room away, the one that I specifically picked booked and paid for in full way ahead of time. The manager said they gave our room away because we booked our room through Booking.com and they don’t make enough money so they gave it to someone else that paid more for the room,which is so wrong. I booked a one bedroom king suite and they gave us a basic room and would not give any compensation,pretty much told us too bad so sad. We specifically booked this place because of the location of the events that we’re going on and we could not go somewhere else because everything was booked up because of the festival.
