Felt like an hourly motel

Pros:

It was across from the ice sculptures so that was cool there was a pool which we didn’t find the chance to use but it was a nice add on

Cons:

The window was broken the room was freezing the shower floor was covered in dust and a bunch of weird grey stuff everywhere there wasn’t any sofa like it said originally and the room just felt empty

The location is great for what we needed.

Cons:

They gave our room away, the one that I specifically picked booked and paid for in full way ahead of time. The manager said they gave our room away because we booked our room through Booking.com and they don’t make enough money so they gave it to someone else that paid more for the room,which is so wrong. I booked a one bedroom king suite and they gave us a basic room and would not give any compensation,pretty much told us too bad so sad. We specifically booked this place because of the location of the events that we’re going on and we could not go somewhere else because everything was booked up because of the festival.

Mice!!!!!!
Pros:

The staff was great ,helpful and verry friendly. Always tried to accommodate any request.

Cons:

Unfortunately I had mice in my room. My girlfriend was very freaked out about them. I found where they are entering and exiting the room. Im not sure how I feel about it at the moment. It put a major damper on our stay .I had to throw away all.of our food we brought because she would not eat amy of it because the fear of the mice...also the toilet was backed.up took me two days of plunging to get the blockage out.
