All kinds of igs in the room,.from a bunch of nats. In the bed, a cockroche on the bed. And horse flies . The bathroom was not handicapped accessible.

I would stay again.
Pros:

Room was a bit musty smelling. But we weren’t living there just staying a few night so we could deal with it.

I found the pillows were not comfortable very hard.

Your staff was friendly, the quality of the room was not very good
Pros:

1. the room had a musty smell
2. The handicapped shower was dirty.
3. The shower piping was loose from the wall.
4. The toilet was stopped up and we had to get a plunger from the front desk.

The location was good as I am a cancer patient at Mofitt. The location of the room was good because it was handicapped and fit my needs.

Horrible
Cons:

No one at the front desk for some time while waiting to check in. Room was in the back of building and room was filled with little flies, all in the bathroom and throughout the entire room. The AC was not cold. I was more comfortable sitting in my car.
