Pros:

The location was excellent for where we needed to go, the staff was helpful and friendly and management was excellent in helping us when we needed help with our reservation.

Cons:

We rented two rooms from Friday to Sunday, but unfortunately the cleanliness left much to be desired. I believe the cleaning staff leave the room door open while they work, allowing many insects to enter, especially bug lovers. We also found some cockroaches in one of the rooms and requested a change to another unit. We will hardly stay here again.

Very unclean rooms stayed three nights with family, they never issued linens or towels of any kind until I asked for them the first night after that I had to take dirty ones to office to trade for clean ones .Never clean room or dump trash for us on the stay there. If you want to clean and work on vacation this is your place to be, if not do not stay here. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT A RAMADA WYNDHAM HOTEL EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!

Staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room reeked of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. There was a condom and hair brush, along with dirt and dust behind the nightstand and bed. The bed sheets had a small stain on them, and the a/c unit was extremely loud. It rattled like it was going to explode.

Cons:

Que se escucha todo lo de la habitación de al lado y que la tina de bañar está manchada por el tiempo que tienen. El desayuno siempre fui el mismo todos los días y no hubo algo diferente, de proteína o frutas, el tiempo de reposición de los huevos y carnes muy demorado.
