Musty smell not up to date
Eggs were terrible as they were some kind of processed food.
The guy who checked us in was not friendly at all. He alone would make me not come back.
The staff very friendly, and overall clean and great stay!
No trash bags in the room, and no vending machines.
I booked a king and “all they had” was a room with 2 double beds

This hotel is filthy. There were roaches in my room. I was offered no recourse and was told by Rebecca that they were “sold out.” I requested a full refund for what I had paid up front, but was told I had one hour to do so since their systems would be turning over to the next day. So to get my money back from your roach infested hotel I had to first figure out which hotel I could move to then pack up me and my two children to move all within the midnight hour. There wasn’t even maintenance or housekeeping on duty to change the sheets or spray. The extra towels and pillows I asked for on the app at check in never made it to my room. After calling several times for those to no avail I went downstairs and got them myself which was like pulling teeth. Elevator loud and slow. None of the sockets work, bring your own wireless phone charger! Unless you are an exterminator or electrician, believe the other reviews and go stay somewhere else!

Filthy and smelled. Asked for 3 different rooms due to dead bugs, smell of urine coming from air conditioner, hair on floor and sink, and dirt

Only Ithing I didn't' like was one washer and one dryer but everything else was excellent 👍
Easy highway access
Room could of been cleaner. Mold on bathroom ceiling. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn't connect to wifi in the room.
The breakfast was good
There was no internet through our entire 3 night stay,. We had to call the internet security team ourselves (over 1hr of calltime over multiple calls) to fix it instead of the hotel staff doing that,. And it still wasn't fixed by the end of our trip. Very disappointed.

The hotel was sufficient, meaning mediocre for sleeping and showering. No soap at the bathroom sink, yet there was a soap dish. Shower curtain wasn’t great. Choices were to soak the floor or soak the fabric shower curtain; no curtain liner. Room wasn’t fully clean. Disappointed with the overall experience especially since it was rated well.
Size of the room for the money.
Mattress uncomfortable, body wash empty in shower.
There was no benches outside for smokers or for the elderly to sit. Not very pleased or satisfied about that.
