Cons:

It was dirty- the staff clearly didn’t care about the cleanliness of their facilities. There was trash on the floor when we arrived and the same trash was there on the floors everywhere when we left two days later. The breakfast area was not kept clean and the food was horrible.
Front desk staff was too busy on their cell phones to look up when I approached the desk each time.

Pros:

Comfortable room and good breakfast

Cons:

In our first room the TV didn't work so they switched us to another room two doors down. I like my room dark and the outside light from the parking lot lights came in under the curtains. It was hard to sleep with all the light.

Well I will say that the staff made things right for our stay and put us in another room. I think there could be better

The first room the first night was not great the tub filled up with water when taking a shower, the TV had sound but no picture.

Short stay
Pros:

Always a great stay.

Cons:

The elevator malfunctioned but luckily we were on the same floor. Staff immediately got someone and it was fixed that night when we returned

Overall it was a nice place to spend 1 night on our travels, but I wouldn't want to stay any longer.
Pros:

The room decor was nice. The sofa bed was a nice addition. Breakfast was well received by my family. The staff was so helpful and friendly!

Cons:

The space in the room was bad. The walking space between the wall and the bed was jokingly small. By the window- it was barely enough for me to shimmy through (and I"m not a huge person). Pool was small and seemed like an afterthought.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very kind, patient.
Pros:

Very clean, staff was kind and polite!!! Food was good!!
