Excelente Hotel. Limpo, confortável e bem localizado.
Pros:

O Hotel fica quase em frente a estação Central. Fui do Aeroporto à estação em trem (linha S8 a 6,90 euros).
O hotel é limpo, organizado, bem decorado e o atendente foi educado e simpático.
Li comentários acerca da região ser perigosa por conta dos inúmeros usuários de droga e casas de prostituição em um raio de 1 km saindo da estação. O fato é que isso é um problema de toda cidade, grande ou pequena, e Frankfurt conseguiu concentrar o problema em um pequeno espaço, onde há policiamento e vigilância constantes. Se assim não o fosse, inexistiriam tantos locais transitando pela zona diuturnamente. Basta andar mais de 1 km para qualquer lado da estação central e tudo muda completamente.
O quarto é cômodo e confortável para uma pessoa. Cama, frigobar, chuveiro, tudo bem cuidado. Limpeza excelente!

Cons:

Infelizmente, me colocaram em um quarto de frente para o hall e com janela para a avenida ruidosa. Soma-se a isto a acústica interna ruim, com pessoas caminhando e conversando pela madrugada.

I would return when passing through Frankfurt while travelling. For longer stays, a different area.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Rooms are clean and convenient to main train station.

Cons:

The area around the Hauptbanhof has a lot of homeless and street vagrants. No fault of the hotel though. Police don’t seem to take much interest. This may intimidate some but walk with purpose and confidence and you don’t get hassled.

Aufzug nicht bis ganz oben
Pros:

Zentrale Lage am Hauptbahnhof, dennoch sehr still

Sehr gute Aussicht, Möglichkeit auf Dach / Veranda zu gehen um Luft zu schnappen

Cons:

Aufzugeben geht nur bis zum 5.Stock, in den 6.Stock geht eine steile Treppe

Badezimmer war teils nicht sehr sauber (bspw. Föhn war dreckig, nicht alle Handtücher sauber...)

Instalaciones adentro muy agradables buen diseño, personal amable, se encuentra del mejor lado de la zona de la estación central recomiendo ingresar a la estación central por la entrada lateral a la derecha casi enfrente del hotel

Bad plumbing and questionable customer service
Pros:

The price and the convenient location close to the main train station.

Cons:

The shower faucet did not drain well. Mold in the grout lines in the bathroom. Playpen wasn't very clean. Really tiny room. Really tiny lift. Unexpected: had to pay a 50 euro deposit upon check-in. Instead of automatically offering to return my deposit the next morning, I had to ask for it. The clerk pretended to be surprised (maybe somewhat disbelieving) that I had paid a deposit and asked me to provide the receipt as proof. Felt like a ploy to try to rip me off! Also -- though not the hotel's fault -- worth noting that the area around the hotel (and train station) is pretty sketchy, especially at night, with lots of homeless people, drunks, and druggies.
