Gut, günstig, zentral
Pros:

Günstiges Hotel direkt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof, ideal für Bahnreisende. Frühstück bekommt man bereits ab 06:15 Uhr und auch spätabends gibt es noch was zum Trinken.

Sanierungsbedürftig aber Zentrale Lage bei Messe

Die Lage

Cons:

Sehr großer Sanierungsstau. Alles war entweder alt oder defekt. Frühstück war mäßig und teilweise sehr übersichtlich. Die Heizung im Badezimmer läuft auf Hochtouren und war nicht abzuschalten!

Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, leider gibt es auch viele Abhängige in den Strassen rund um das Hotel. Personal sehr bnett

Bad wirkte alt, Heizkörper voller Staub, Fernseher hatte Störung, keine Kaffeemaschine aus der man Espresso lassen kann, Frühstück nichts besonderes

Could have stayed in a cleaner hostel for half the price...
Pros:

Check-in was fine, nice reception area. Takes 2 minutes to walk to the train station, so a handy location.

Cons:

The room was very noisy, outdated and dirty in places. Dusty in all corners, bits of cleaning smears in the bathroom and no proper pillows. Kind of a wrapped up cover in a pillow case. I was only there from 22:00 - 05:00, so it was fine for that amount of time only!

Die Chance auf Folgebuchungen wurde vertan

Die Bettwäsche war weiß

Cons:

Bett war nur für 1 Person hergerichtet. Bei Anruf an der Rezeption wurde erklärt, dass die 2. Bettgarnitur im Schrank eingelagert ist. Die Duschkabine schloß nicht dicht.
Unser Check In war erst um 21.30 Uhr, dann wurde noch bis 1 Uhr ein Geschäftstermin wahrgenommen. Dennoch wurde darauf bestanden, dass Zimmer bis 11 Uhr zu verlassen, 30 Minuten wurden dann noch zugestanden, da alle Zimmer zeitgleich um 11 Uhr gereinigt werden müssen ;-) Oder es müsse extra bezahlt werden. Eine Verrechnung mit dem Frühstück, da dieses nicht eingenommen wurde, wurde abgelehnt. Es wurde auch nicht versucht, sich kundenorientiert zu geben.
Nun, in der Nachbarschaft gibt es Hotels einer bekannten Kette, wo Mitglieder bis 14 Uhr erst auschecken müssen. Die werden weiterhin bevorzugt!
