Comfortable, affordable, clean and cozy

Travelodge Nightmares
Pros:

I originally picked this hotel because of the pictures advertised online and the value. However I feel like the pictures totally misrepresent this hotel it is in a lower economic area and I think if they would have done close up pictures of the couches so that you could see all the rips and stains it probably would have been a more true representation of the hotel and I probably wouldn't have booked it

Cons:

I'm going to tell you 100% truth of what we encountered. Absolutely no parking! The hotel parking lot and overflow parking lot was completely full there were no parking spots available. The rooms upon first glance look like the pictures but once you took a closer look the couches were stained with multiple different liquids and fluids I have no idea what they were but they left behind their mark they were old and dingy. When we rolled out the sofa bed the mattress was so thin when you laid on it you could feel the springs in your back. There were no sheets blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa bed. We decided to borrow the sheet and bedspread off of the other bed however upon closer look there were blood stains on the bedspread. And these were not let's say that have been washed they were still pink. The first person that went to the restroom noticed there was feces on the back of the toilet seats. The inside of the toilet still had stains as well. It was very cold as we did not arrive until very late. When we attempted to use the heater it did not work. We had actually rented two rooms and requested them close together however they were 10 rooms apart. When we went to look at the second room thinking it might be a better choice the couches were worse. The stains were worse. And the dirt was worse on these sofas my children, all teenagers and my adult daughter and myself we all slept in our clothes. When I went down the next morning and talked to them and told them I wanted a refund we only slept in one of the rooms we all slept together. She said she couldn't do anything. I came to tell her right away it might have been different. I explained to her it was 1:00 in the morning when we finally checked into our room either way she refused to refund any of my money I'm definitely filing a report there's no way this hotel is sanitary. Worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life and we have traveled across the United States three times.

The bed was so comfortable and it was pretty quiet Although it's right on Whittier Blvd. I enjoyed my stay. Will definitely be returning.
