Well our experience was horrific. We found a bug in our bed and when we went to inspect it, we found a huge blood stain all over the bed. They had tried to cover it up with a mattress cover. The hotel was full and they had no where else for our family, lucky we had rented 2 rooms and could squeeze all of us in the one room. The hotel management was suppose to follow up with us, but that has been excuse after excuse. This is by far one of the worse hotels in Rocky Mount. BE CAREFUL.

Everything in the room was noisy, the fridge, the heater, the toilet. The drapes did not cover the window enough it still got bright. The breakfast was 15$ and worse then most free breakfast that you get else where.
Rooms are a little dated. Staff was super friendly and the hotel was clean. The common areas looked up to date. Location is great just off the highway
They are connected to a restaurant that handles their breakfast buffet but not for free. there are other restaurants within walking distance too.
The rooms were spacious, neat, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and portrayed excellent customer service.
Worst hotel experience as a Hilton Diamond member!! STAY AWAY and book with any of the other hotels on the same block.

I booked a 2 night stay through my corporate travel agency and was given an option of paying extra to get my Hilton Loyalty linked with this reservation. I paid for everything up front on my card and upon check-in I was asked to pay the full amount of the reservation "because it was a 3rd party booking site that I used." After arguing and showing proof that I already paid in full, we moved on to the next issue. I was denied my free Diamond Hilton room upgrade because they would not honor this perk since I didn't book directly through the Hilton site. After more arguing and showing proof that I paid an upcharge to be benefit eligible, I was rebuked. I was told (confirmed) that my daily food credit was good at the market store and at the restaurant.
After going to my room and getting settled in, I got a phone call from the front desk. The lady on the other end of the phone call was irate that the other front desk employee that checked me in was wrong and wanted to angrily inform me that I don't get any Hilton benefits! This infuriated me so I stormed down to the front desk to get this resolved. After a lot of back and forth and a phone call to a supervisor, I was blessed with their "one time exception" that they would honor the daily food charge but ONLY in the market store not the restaurant.
To make matters absolutely awful, on Day 2, we went to order room service and received a scathing and nasty response! We were told that we were lucky to get any perks and that the supervisor was doing us a favor and under no certain terms that we could order food!! We never said we were using the daily food credit to order food, just that we were ordering room service and charging it to the room.
We were screamed at and disrespected again by the unprofessional front desk staff and berated in front of other staff and hotel guests in the front lobby regarding this 3rd party booking issue!!
The overall lack of professionalism and disregard for loyalty programs left me absolutely disgusted. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
If this is how the management at this hotel train their staff to treat hotel guests and Loyalty members then Fire EVERYONE and start over.....in the meantime Please, Please STAY AWAY and save yourself the agony and frustration that is likely ready to raise it's ugly head as soon as you arrive to the front desk.
Clean, comfortable, and great location, directly across from the hospital where my husband spent a week. There is a chain restaurant next door which you can get to directly from the hotel lobby. This was a big plus for me since I was in an unfamiliar city and didn’t want to do much driving. If the need arises, I will definitely select this hotel again.
