In primis la cordialità e allegria del personale...in questo caso Martina che è stata veramente gentile e simpatica... poi la pulizia di tutto l'hotel camera compresa e una ricca colazione...in più la posizione non distante dalla stazione termini e l'acqua con qualche snack che mettono a disposizione nella saletta di fronte alla hall ....da tornarci sicuramente

Great location, excellent coffee, friendly staff, classy vibe. Overall good value, we were pleased!
Pros:

Comfortable beds and squeaky clean bathrooms

Cons:

I made a reservation for two rooms and they were on different floors of the building. One room paled in comparison to the other. I had hope for two equivalent rooms close to each other.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top, sehr zentral, sehr ruhig da in einer Nebenstrasse und die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt sind alle zu Fuss in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Metro an der Piazza Republica ist in 5 Min. erreichbar für die unkomplizierte Anreise zu den vatikanischen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Das Zimmer war eher etwas klein und sehr sauber, das Personal war immer sehr freundlich.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Grandioses, kleines Hotel.
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir von hier aus zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und umfangreich. Es wurde immer wieder frisch aufgefüllt.
Zu unseren Geburtstagen, die wir hier verbracht haben, erhielten wir kleine Aufmerksamkeiten und ein Geburtstagsständchen. Das hatten wir so noch nie erlebt.
Dieses Hotel ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen.

Decent but not great
Pros:

Good location for sightseeing. Comfy beds, clean rooms &:the staff were great.

Cons:

Poor selection for breakfast & the quality wasnt great. Some areas of the hotel need modernisation. View from the room into a side alley. Quite expensive for what it was.

Stielvolles Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut zwischen Zentrum und Bahnhof gelegen. Relativ ruhige Nebenstraße mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Schöne alte Villa. wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat und ein zweiter Sessel und Garderobehaken gefehlt. Bei der Reinigung des Sanitärbereichs gibt es noch Luft nach oben.

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

L’hôtel est très bruyant et très mal insonorisé. La literie est complètement vétuste et les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos sur booking… l’odeur dans l’hôtel est vraiment désagréable (odeur de désodorisant wc)
