Good location in Nice.
Pros:

This hotel is in a good location in Nice. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was fairly small and a little dated re decor, particularly the heating/ air con .Bathroom very small.
Bed was comfortable. Fine for a short stay. Lovely roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine.

Overall, a good stay at a well located hotel.
Pros:

I had a good stay recently at this hotel. The location was very good, with easy access from NCE airport to the hotel. The tram stop at Jean Médecin was less than a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel is also about a 10 minute walk from the coast at Promenade de Anglais. It's also within walking distance of Nice Ville if arriving by train.

The hotel staff were polite and friendly. Reception staff spoke proficient English. The breakfast spread offered a reasonable choice. The wifi was effective. The room was clean on arrival. Cleaning is available daily, unless guests choose to opt out for extra loyalty points. Amenities in the room included a kettle and small fridge, and jugs are available in the reception area to enable guests to fill with filtered water and keep this in their room.

Only criticism is that the air conditioning in the room was utterly ineffective. I had it at it's lowest possible temperature setting but the room was still quite warm, so I gave up, switched it off and just left a window open instead. Whilst this was fine in March temperatures, on this basis, I would probably consider a different hotel if staying in summer.

Emplacement exceptionnel, bon petit déjeuner à 14 euros si vous le prenez à votre arrivée (au lieu de 20 euros) et bonne literie.

Cons:

Hôtel ayant besoin d'un rafraîchissement (par exemple moquette tachée dans les couloirs). Insonorisation insuffisante entre les chambres.

Great stay & lovely staff
Pros:

Prompt check in, lovely staff and were there if we needed anything. Rooms were a bit warm but wasn’t sure if we were being stupid where the air con was. We did have a window which opened right up so couldn’t complain. Huge tv and great sized bathroom & bed was comfortable. Room was clean and had everything you needed. We asked reception if there were any channels on the tv to watch the F1 which there was! Channel Plus! We were happy. Would definitely recommend friends to stay here and I would stay again. Thank you for a great stay.

Mic dejun slab, mereu se repeta, plim de furnici in camera. Am seaizat si nu s-a luat nici o masura, baia veche, vas wc necurățat in interior, gauri in peretii din baie. De ziua mea personalul a fost indiferent, rece, fara initiativa! In alt hotel au scris pe oglinda din receptie La multi ani. Aici totul a fost lipsit de respect, rece si indiferent! Foarte urat

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to the train station and the English Promenade.
The hotel itself is very charming, with interesting and creative room designs. The room was clean, housekeeping was done every day, and the staff at the reception were true professionals — always helpful and friendly.
I truly felt at home during my stay.
Thank you so much to the entire team for the warm welcome and great service. I would be happy to stay here again!

Grad je jedinstven ali ću drugi put tražiti bolji hotel ... prema recenzijama

*osoblje na recepciji nije nam čestitalo Novu godinu, 01.01.2026., kao da smo nevidljivi kada prolazimo

*ponašanje u restoranu konobara i spremačice koji se preglasno smiju i glasno vode privatne razgovore
*doručak skroman ( hotel košta oko 270Eur po danu)
* u toaletu se ne možeš okrenuti, na WC ne možeš sijesti normalno.... nema mjesta

Excellent location and comfortable
Pros:

It was another stay we had in this hotel which is in excellent central location - yet rooms are quiet. Our family stayed in junior suite and privilege room.

Special thanks to Gaetan who has fulfilled all our room preferences since we know hotel well and have favourite rooms.

Housekeeping is consistent, sometimes you need to ask them to replenish the Nuxe bottles as they forget to check. It is really clean everywhere.

Hotel does not have a restaurant but will provide water, glassess etc.
