Nothing the elevator was broken. Both elevators was broken, and I had to take the stairs to the fourth floor up and down.
I didn’t like the broken elevator and the dirty rooms and I don’t like a hotel that let dogs and animals live there all the rooms smell like a dead dog one room. And have poop all on the floor and I told him to give me another room.

I've been staying at this hotel for the past two months, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The property is clean, comfortable, and has truly felt like a home away from home during a difficult time in my life.
What really makes this place stand out is the incredible staff. Bimwana, Ruth, and Marita are always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel valued, and their professionalism and positive attitudes never go unnoticed. Every interaction with them has been pleasant, and they always make me feel welcome.
I truly appreciate everything they've done to make my stay comfortable. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding customer service and a caring staff, I highly recommend staying here.

Bad smell, slow to check in, Cockroaches,
No Good breakfast at all.
The shower pipe was locked to outside of Bath during my shower time and I had to dried up with towel more than Ten times. it was Very Bad situation in my travel experience.
