Ein in einem in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, zentral gelegen und mega Frühstücksangebot
Pros:

Das Zimmer im Pullman war gut Kurzaufenthalt gut eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht, auch wenn das Zimmer schon etwas in dien Jahre gekommen ist und sehr viele Abnutzungserscheinungen aufwies.
Das Das Frühstück war der Hammer, es gab alles was das Herz bzw. der Magen begehrt.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, man kann fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichen. Der Blick auf den Dom ist sehr schön. Überrascht waren wir über die Ruhe in der Nacht. Keine lauten Gäste und obwohl man in einer Großstadt ist, war kaum etwas von den Balulichtorganistationen zu hören

Cons:

Das Zimmer musste leider nach Ankunft durch den Zimmerservice geputzt werden, da der Boden, die Spiegeltüre zum Bad und das Klo verschmiert waren. Die Servicedame war aber sehr freundlich und hat den Mangel behoben. Leider wurde das Zimmer nur für eine Person mit Handtüchern ausgestattet. Trotz Nachfrage haben wir nur einen Bademantel erhalten. Am zweiten Tag haben wir dann noch ein zweites Badehandtuch erhalten.

Not a bad hotel but didn't feel comfortable with mice in the bar area
Pros:

Comfortable bed and good location. Room was clean and no sign of mice.

Cons:

Mice in bar area visibly running around under the tables at night. Despite having breakfast included, I did not eat in the restaurant after seeing them..

Die Unterkunft ist toll, das Hotel ist natürlich schon etwas älter. Der Wellness Bereich ist super.

Nachhaltiges Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe
Pros:

Wir bekamen bei Ankunft ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade.
Die Größe des Zimmers hat uns gut gefallen und dass das Hotel auf Nachhaltigkeit setzt. So waren die Flaschen in der Minibar alle Mehrwegflaschen und die Pflegeprodukte im Bad in Papier verpackt. Gut fanden wir auch die Gratisflasche Wasser auf dem Nachttisch.

Cons:

The rooftop cocktail bar had closed; we were looking forward to going there. The ground-floor bar was dark, dingy and unappealing.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly, so we could hear bathroom noises. Not very nice!

Gayet iyiydi ama şikayet veya istekleri dikkate almıyorlar.
Pros:

Konum, Oda Geniş Ferah, Günlük Temizlik, Günlük Havlu Değişimi, Ütü Masası ve Ütünün olması bu otelde bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Bavullarımızı ücretsiz bırakıp gezebilmek ayrıca artısı oldu.

Cons:

Kahve makinasını görünce çok mutlu olduk ama kullanamadık. Çok pis bir makinaydı. Bunu resepsiyona söyledik ve değiştireceklerini söylemelerine rağmen herhangi bir işlem yapmadılar.

Man merkt und sieht das der Laden zum Jahresende schließt.
Pros:

Gute Lage. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren nett und hilfreich. Wir konnten mit unserem Hund im nah gelegenen Bistro Frühstücken.

Cons:

Beim Einchecken wurden rund 50 mehr aufgerufen. Also ich sagte kann nicht sein. Haben wir dann gemeinsam nachgerechnet. Sieh da der Preis war dann OK. Als Entschuldigung wurde die Mehrwertsteuer Umstellung Anfang des Jahres genannt. Absoluter Blödsinn. Also Vorsicht.
