Pros:

Schone en nette kamer, midden in het centrum van keulen. Vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt. Prima verblijf.

Cons:

Douchen moest je in een bad stappen. Dit lukt prima maar bij het uitstappen bijna uitgegleden. Gelukkig ging het goed

Pros:

You can never go wrong with Pullman. I would stay at Pullman Cologne anytime I visit Cologne! The bed was exceptionally comfortable (best hotel bed I've ever slept in), the view of the Cathedral was outstanding, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were lovely and the overall stay was wonderful. Bonus: the slippers were nice and comfy!

Location is very good

Cons:

The hotel has a rodent problem i seen mice inside the bar area where food was being served, I brought this to the attention off the manager next morning and his response was the hotel is situated near a river in the city and they have a company to deal with the rodent problem, I seen 6 mice in my two days during my stay avoid this hotel if you fear off rodents

La habitación era grande y cómoda. El desayuno era fantástico, con muchas opciones. Y el servicio muy atento.

Cons:

El ruido de la máquina de aire acondicionado incluso cuando el aire estaba apagado.

Amazing stay - if I go back to Cologne, that's the place to stay.
Pros:

Everything was AMAZING. Great location, great and roomy rooms, great and helpful staff. Police all around, taxis available, Metro stations, good infrastructure - I can't think of a negative thing at all.

Cons:

There's no way a person can find something not to like. It was all amazing. There was a protest of some sort in one of the days, but even that didn't destroy our good mood, as the police was right on.

Pros:

Вид из окна был хороший,были тапочки,утюг,гладильная доска,чайник,кофе в пакетиках,чай,сливки и сахар,так же в баре была вода,что очень немаловажно,номер светлый,,удобная кровать,хорошие подушки,убирается в номере каждый день,окна в номере,хоть и 9 этаж,но чистые ,расположение да вольно не плохое и не далеко от центрального вокзала и до более менее центральной площади недалеко,рядом есть магазин,что тоже хорошо

Было очень удивительно,что в номере зарегистрированы два человека,а комплект полотенец на одного,также один халат,хотя тапочек две пары.Не очень чистая ванна,есть ржавчина,что не очень приятно,так же раковина с трещинами,как бы в ванной комнате немного халтурят в плане уборки,для отеля 4 звёзды,нужно уделять немного больше внимания

Schönes Hotel mit ausgesprochen angenehmer Atmosphäre in zentraler Lage; sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hbf zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Komme gerne wieder.

Comfortable and clean with nice spacious rooms and lovely view of the cathedral.
Pros:

It was a really lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The food in both the restaurant, and at the breakfast buffet was very good and again staff were helpful and polite. My room had a fabulous view of the cathedral and was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely return.

Cons:

Nothing was wrong. It was a lovely stay.
