Hiç misafirperver değil… Hizmet anlsyışları hiç yok… işletme Ruhu iyi niyetli değil … ruhları kirlenmiş ve maneviyatları yok olmuş tamamıyla maddesel parasal çıkarları önde… İnsanlığını kaybetmiş… Boş temiz hazır odaları olduğu halde beni sabah odaya almayıp ogün girişim olduğu halde bana diyorlarki 40 eouro vet ek para sixi alslım odanıza yoksa saat 15.00 a kadar bekleyeceksiniz dediler… Bu bir insafsızlık ve para için yapılan insanlık dışı bir hizmet anlayışı…Neyse herkes birgün yaptığı kötülüğün ve zulmun bedelini birgün öder… çok canımı yaktılar o gün benim…

Sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Gemütliches schönes Hotel, welches fußläufig zur Innenstadt liegt, aber auch eine U-Bahn gibt es ganz in der Nähe.
Tiefgarage etwas schwierig zu finden, da wäre eine Beschreibung vorab schön. Sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, welches kaum einen Wunsch offen lässt. Betten sind sehr bequem (Boxspring) und schön breit. Zimmer geräumig und als Extra eine kostenlose kleine Minibar, die täglich wieder aufgefüllt wird. Sowohl Restaurant E.L.F und Frühstücksrestaurant sehr schön. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wäre toll, wenn die Köln Card an der Rezeption zu erwerben wäre.

Cons:

Kamer sterk verouderd en badkamer had veel beschadigingen en daardoor waarschijnlijk niet goed schoon te krijgen.

Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich auch bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle.

Für eine Nacht ok, wenn man sehr zentral wohnen will und auch eine Garage braucht.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Neumarktviertel/belg. Viertel bequem zu erreichen. Restaurants, Boutiquen etc. quasi vor der Haustür. Dom ca. 10 Fußminuten. Tiefgarage!

Cons:

Leider sind die Damen an der Reception (bis auf eine) sehr uncharmant und geben schnippische Antworten. Leider kennen sie auch nicht die Historie d. Hotels, das wirklich mal eine gute Addresse war. Leider ist die Bar auch seit geraumer Zeit geschlossen. Es wird offensichtlich nicht mehr investiert wg. d. bevorstehenden Schließung, die Zimmer sind staubig und auch einige Lampen sind defekt.
