Nett und bequem. Aufjedenfall einprägend.
Cons:

Es gab anscheinend eine Art Feueralarm, aber davon hat der 10. Stock nichts mitbekommen. Anscheinend war es nur eine Probe, aber trotzdem waren wir verunsichert und haben uns gefragt ob es im 10. Stock überhaupt ein Feuermelder gibt

Great hotel with an amazing breakfast
Pros:

I've been to more than 38 countries and this is the best breakfast at a hotel that I had ever had! its AMAZING.
Location is close to the city, room is clean, 2 bottle of water are provided as a gift + vouchers for a free drink at the bar. Great hotel overall, would higly recommend.

Cons:

It was +35 outside, the hotel was full with people who had come to Bad Bunny's concert, we had a room at the 4th floor and ta-daaaam: our air conditioner DID NOT work =/ They said the hotel was completely full so the system started failing and didnt work properly. At the same time our friend was on the 3rd floor and aircon worked perfectly. So the staff brought us a ventilator (crazy loud) and we had to suffer +25 degrees in the room.

Zimmer und die ausstattung

Cons:

Ich habe um 11:00 Uhr angerufen um zu fragen ob ich etwas später auschecken kann.
Ich sprach ganz normal auf deutsch, dann antwortet mir die frau auf englisch.
Als ich es angemerkt hab hat sie gesagt ‚nein das geht nicht’ und aufgelegt. Zusem hat die gesagt ‚ ihr englisch is good oder sowas. Sehr respektlos! Es geht nicht um die sprache es geht darum wie sie mit mir umgegangen ist.
Ich war jahrelange kundin nun möchte ich nicht mehr dahin

Gute Lage für Konzerte in der Merkur Arena

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht so lecker und wir mussten unser Zimmer wechseln wegen Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Wechsel war jedoch recht unkompliziert.
