Cons:

Needs refresh. Room door cannot open completely because of conflict with entrance cabinet. No coffee machine : only instant coffee. Pillows not comfy

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer SBahn. Perfekt für einen Einkaufsbummel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Uns hat alles gut gefallen.

Breakfast was perfect and the staff at the bar and restaurant were amazing—always friendly, professional and welcoming.

While the rooms were generally fine, I would like to suggest a few improvements based on my stay. Specifically, the bathroom door requires fixing and the shower head and hose should be replaced. Additionally, the curtains could use a thorough cleaning and the kettle needs to be replaced as it was rusty and had significant limescale buildup.

Cons:

During our recent 10-night business stay and despite prepaying approximately €4,000 for our accommodation, we encountered significant issues upon arrival.

During check-in, the hotel's system failed to process any of the four credit and debit cards we provided. Although our bank confirmed that the issue originated from the hotel’s terminal, the front desk staff declined our offer to pay the city taxes and security deposit in cash. Consequently, we were forced to wait in the reception area for two hours while we arranged a bank transfer through our accounting department. We were not allowed to check in to our rooms during this time, despite our substantial prepayment.

This technical issue persisted throughout our stay, as our cards were declined at every point of sale within the hotel. As a result, all expenses were charged to the room, which caused further delays during check-out while we waited for the final balance to be settled via another international wire transfer.

We are disappointed that the hotel did not provide a solution or show any flexibility regarding an issue caused by its own systems. We hope you will take this feedback into account to improve your service for future guests.

Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden und werde das Hotel weiterhin für meine beruflichen Zwecke buchen.
Pros:

Das Bett ist hervorragend! Ich nutze das Hotel zur Messe und liebe die kurzen Wege. Das Frühstück gefällt mir immer sehr gut.

Cons:

Es gab an dem Abend Probleme mit dem Wasser der Toilettenspülung. Das Problem wurde noch am selben Abend behoben und ich bekam eine Entschädigung!
