Excellent hotel with superb service.
Food, amenities, and cleanliness are 100/100.
breakfast is great and lounge/bar also good.
Many many hidden costs and charges were added at the very last minute, at checkout, for almost everything: daily room cleaning charge (?!), service charge, breakfast service charge, lounge service charge, and so on.
Yes, apparently some of these fees can be refused, but that is not really the point. As a guest, you naturally assume that these services are either included in what you paid when booking, or at least clearly disclosed in advance. Instead, they were casually added to the final bill.
When I asked what the charges were for, the reaction was not very kind or helpful: “Uh… if you need to check, I can try and print the bill…” And when you are rushing through checkout, trying to catch a flight, you end up feeling pressured to just accept it and move on.
It was definitely not the ending to my stay that I had imagined. Transparency is key, because without it, guests are left with the uncomfortable feeling that they have been misled, or frankly, scammed.
Also, the bill was never sent to my email, even though they promised it would be.

Достаточно хороший отель. Сервис приемлемый. Удобное месторасположение: рядом метро, Селфридж, продуктовые магазины и сам Оксфорд стрид. Понравился тренажерный зал.
Номера уставшие. В нашем номере протекал душ и не стекала вода в раковине. При выезде мы узнали, что берется дополнительно 26 фунтов за за сервис в номерах, в то время как в других отелях по миру - это включается в оплату за проживание. Завтраки - шведский стол, не включает яйца - их надо заказывать за дополнительную плату. При доставке еды в номера надо учитывать, что меню- только японская кухня. Если Вы не любитель - нужно идти в другие рестораны.
LOVED the gym!! We chose the hotel for the gym and it was worth it! We both weight train regularly and so the cable machine, the complete/robust set of dumbbells, the Smith machine, the slam balls, etc, were all so useful!
The price of the room service was crazy!! And the food at the bar on the ground floor was terrible. We invited some friends to join us for drinks and snacks and we thought the food would be exceptional, but it was far below par . . . it was significantly below average pub food: overfried calamari and chicken, and chips and quac that were pitiful
Very stylish hotel (light Japanese touch) - Small but comfortable room - staff was friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed the lobby for drinks (cocktails) and food (club sandwich!). Perfect location (central and quiet).

Prices might be a bit lower maybe ? And there could be more options of food selection at the Lounge .
It was an amazing stay and honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
I faced an issue with the AC, and the team tried to fix it as early as 6 AM, which really showed how much they cared about guest comfort. When the issue continued, I requested a room change and they were very supportive and handled everything professionally and quickly.
The service, hospitality, and overall experience were outstanding, and I would definitely stay here again
