The location was great and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
Arriving at 6am after getting off a 30 hour
Flight I was told my room wasn’t ready. I them can back at 2.50pm and was told my room still wasn’t ready. The staff didn’t help me to get an earlier room. After waiting for 10 minutes I then got into a room that was so small!
Location was very good, room very clean, cleaning service in the morning and before bed. Room service really quick great menu choices. Eveyone in the hotel was very friendly, especially the people in the bar! Lovely stay

The rooms were a bit small and the bathroom shower leaked and did not get fixed during our stay.
