Super staff , from the door to the reception , to the bar staff , to the cleaners , all really nice
Pros:

The staff were the key to this hotel ! Really nice and genuine people .

Cons:

Sorry to say the room above us on one of the mornings was having work done on it , woke us all up at 9am and we were never notified of this beforehand . A lot of hammering and drilling .

Generally I was very happy with my stay, just wish the rooms were a bit bigger very difficult to move 2 person with lugg

Exceeded all expectations
Pros:

I loved everything about this experience. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were the best I have ever had and we had such lovely treats in our room because we were celebrating our anniversary.
Really above and beyond

Cons:

there is literally nothing I didn't like, it was all just so so good.

Luxury, beautiful decor, great food and wonderful staff.
Pros:

Beautiful decor throughout the hotel - luxurious and serene.
I had a room one up from basic which was very roomy and comfortable, really appreciated the Nespresso machine and regular tcapsule top ups.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing as was a visit to Nobu for lunch.
Another thumbs up for the gym, very well appointed and spacious - everything you need for a good workout.
The staff are really starts here - amazing, always friendly and helpful, and never pretentious.
