Disappointed
Pros:

I paid for king size room and the 1st room she gave me was dirty. Bed was not made and lights were on. So no more king size rooms were available and was assigned Queen size room. I dont feel like customer service really cared about the inconvenience. It was very disappointing

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good and the people who ran the hotel was nice and helpful

Cons:

The mini fridge was leaking a bit and the bathroom was little bit tight and the TV situation was not good the remote and the TV wasn't working together and a microwave in the room would of been nice

I love the location and the staff. The gentleman was very accommodating and asked how our dinner was every night when we would come back, he went above and beyond and had exceptional customer service. I stayed here about a year ago and will definitely stay here for each and every time I visit!!

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch über Möglichkeiten zum Abendessen informiert. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und die Betten waren bequem. Es gab ausreichend, kostenlose Parkplätze.

During my booking of a Hyatt House Property, I requested the Short Pump property. Booked the venue and found out upon arrival its was for this hotel 15 minutes away. Very misleading on your portal.

We had a great stay and would definitely use the hotel again or recommend to friends.
Pros:

The property was very clean at all times, it was in a great location near many stores, restaurants etc.

Cons:

I was charged for early check in when rooms were already available and that I had to pay for parking. They also charge an $15 for “incidental”. All extras that are not mentioned in when booking.
