Cons:

My toilet seat was dirty something was biting my face or sheets were dirty because I left covered in bumps. And my spread on the bed looked moldy. Breakfast was horrible. The selection was skimp it wasn’t be held correctly when serving hot food my and food was cold. The quality of products they used for breakfast was poor. I’m a traveling chef and I didn’t enjoy it. The gym was disappointing and the pool was always crowded.

The room had ants. When I lifted the couch bed, there was an empty gatorade bottle, which tells me they didn’t do a good job cleaning. The bathroom was very very small. There is not much space between the toilet and the door.

The rooms are abysmal. Setting aside the ants that have set up shop there, you can barely turn around in the bathroom, it’s so insanely small. And with one broken hook on the back of the door, hanging a towel and change of clothes was near impossible. The sink and mirror (outside the bathroom) are directly across from the beds, so anyone wanting to get up early will have the entire room up using the sink and turning on the mirror light that was bright enough to land a plane. And speaking of lighting, every lamp and light in the room is lit with LED cool bulbs, so you feel like you’re staying inside an airport bathroom. I’ve stayed in hospital rooms that have cozier lighting. All in all, while the location is good, it’s not enough to book this place over the dozens of other hotels along that same stretch.

Pros:

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Place Richmond. Deedrea at the front desk was amazing very welcoming, professional, and helpful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also fresh and delicious.

Thank you all for the great service. I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay at Hyatt Place Richmond/Innsbrook
Pros:

My wife and I reserved a table at Hondos restaurant and wanted to stay at a quality hotel nearby. Thankfully, Hyatt Place is literally 2 minutes away, and our stay was fantastic. We were especially pleased with the outstanding customer service rendered by Ms. Demetria. We look forward to returning to this hotel next month for another short getaway.
