Pros:

Room was large and fridge worked well

Cons:

Rooms are loud. Hear every door slam. Beds are not comfortable. My wash cloth had make up on it. The shower did not get hot and didn’t drain, so puddled and stood in a gross bath full of dirty water. Will not return.

Very warm, comfy. I slept like a baby
Pros:

Walking into the Hotel I was greeted by Bob, he was very nice and took care of all of my needs. The room was very clean. I didn't have any problems at all. Breakfast was awesome!!

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

We loved everything except the parking. We arrived late and had to go back out into the cold, farther away from the building with a parking tag. Stressful

Cons:

Paint and plaster peeling off walls in the room. Picture frame falling apart on the wall. No WiFi and front dest was unconcerned. Said to call the General Manager at another location. Feeling when you enter at the check in desk was creepy, not inviting. Area where bed was located was crowded. Much too expensive to add a second bed.

I would not stay at this location again.
Pros:

Not a lot at all for Hyatt. I have stayed in quite a few and this location was by far the worse one for me. Its in need for a serious upgrade
