We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay!
Pros:

The variety at breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The location was great! We were able to get to the 49ers game easily and it was right outside the mall.

Cons:

The first room that we were placed in, the TV didn’t work. We had to move to another room and we didn’t discover it until we returned from the game. We had to move at 1 in the morning. Thankfully, the staff was nice. The bathroom was tiny

Great value and location near a mall
Pros:

Everything was amazing, especially the staff. Superior customer service. I was turned off by the smell of my pillows. Otherwise excellent value and location.

Nice and clean

Cons:

They did not use my tax exempt form. The General Manager was suppose to call me and never did. I called the cooperate office and they said they would have him call me, NEVER DID. Poor customer service

Decent hotel but I don't think I'll be coming back.
Pros:

I thought the front desk staff seemed nice and attentive. Check in process was quick and easy. The room was a great size and I thought the setup of the kitchen area was really good.

Cons:

The room itself could have been cleaner. The shower had streaks like they attempted to clean but they were not thorough in cleaning. Also, the breakfast food tasted stale on both mornings so it made breakfast unpleasant because it did not taste fresh.

Nice, clean, and quiet hotel!
Pros:

Location was great with mall and lots to do in the area. The breakfast was great. Had many options to choose from so there was something everyone liked and food tasted great. Nice,clean, and quiet hotel. I would stay again.

Cons:

Bathroom floor looked dirty but otherwise everything was great
