Excellent stay, I'm glad I booked here with my friends
Pros:

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the guy at the desk named Ham. The price was very reasonable. Lobby is huge with a big Christmas tree. The gym is nice, could be a little better but that's fine. I loved the place overall.

Cons:

Honestly I can't name one thing.

Not a good choice
Pros:

The hotel does not offer good value for the price paid. The room amenities and furniture are very basic and do not meet expectations for this price range.
The swimming pool facilities are inadequate, with no proper locker room—only a restroom available for changing. There is no hot water or soap for showering, and the jacuzzi water is cold.
The breakfast selection is limited and quite standard.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Everything about the hotel was good! Very convenient! There were many other guests so we didn't feel scared at all. There's shuttle, convenience store, money exchange machine, ATM machine, 7-eleven. Initially thought there's nothing in the vicinity but there's Halal food nearby, massage parlors, flea market, walking distance to MBK Center. Highly recommended hotel.

Pros:

Comfortable, helpful staff, spacious room and a good location. Beds were soft and supported a good night's sleep. Room service always came when called upon. Among other hotels in Thailand this one stood out, the only place where I felt like I could have been staying in New York not Bangkok. The pool was definitely a highlight, great for a dip under the Thai sun.

Estivemos em Bangkok em 2022 e 2023 e nos hospedamos nesse hotel por 10 noites. Agora em 2025 e 2026 também nos hospedamos lá por 1 semana. Staff maravilhoso, limpeza perfeita, bom restaurante, serviço de quarto, boa localização, serviço de lavanderia impecável. Tem uma loja de conveniências tipo seven eleven na área de acesso e ATM. Utilizamos o guarda-malas sem custo por mais de 30 dias em 2023. Atualmente nossas malas com roupas de frio estão lá por 20 dias sem custo, enquanto estamos nas praias apenas com malinhas de mão. Uma comodidade! Voltaremos ao hotel no final do mês por mais 2 noites. Nem pesquisamos mais outros hotéis. Nosso lugar em Bangkok é no Twin Towers!
