Though I understood policy I asked for a refund due to fact I departed hotel one full nday prior to 2nd booking began
Pros:

Background: I booked the hotel through booking.com 2 separate bookings as my travel plans changed mid-stride. First booking was checkin June 02 and checkout June 04. Second booking June 04 and checkout June 05.

When I arrived to hotel I upgraded to pay more for the room I had originally chosen so I would not need to move rooms. Hence I paid more money at this point. I did not realize that the exercise facilties at this point were only opening at 7AM as I arrived around 23:00 and I did not read small print (my bad).

My experience was good until the point I asked for consideration to use the exercise facilities earlier than 0700AM - refused on consideration due to policy. Ok, I was cordial, I booked another hotel and checked out.

I requested through booking.com a consideration on the last day (2nd booking charges) and was told no, this is our policy, we cannot help you.

I will not recommend this hotel simply due to the fact they apply zero consideration so for me this translates to "we don't care what you think", not the right attitude in the hotel business.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to MBK, Siam Center, China town. Otherwise very easy to catch a tuctuc or a Grab outside. Great to have a pool to relax at the end of the end. Indoor bar there too for Happy hour and sometimes live music/singer, Comfy and clean room.

Cons:

Spa is only open 2 hours in the morning, but plenty of other options else where.
The food option on the buffet could be improved.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay. What stood out the most was the reception team, who were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is nice and i think once upon a time quite famous but the location is a bit far.
Pros:

Room - I appreciate very much upgrading me without any additional cost.
Breakfast - I opted for no breakfast as there are two small shops like 7-E nearby.

Cons:

Location - The hotel is aloof a bit without any special activities like market nearby (less than 100 meters). The closes station is about 1.2 km.
Room - The hotel has a lot of international occupants. It would help it there is one or two international electrical socket.
Registration - I happened to arrive earlier i.e 3 hours earlier than check in time. They don't accept early check in or guide us like to drop bag, there is a shuttle so i can burn the 3 hours.
Information - The first i ordered food via Grab i did not know that there is a special counter that the delivery would drop. I was just waiting at the front anxiously. The registration counter should inform this during check in.

Rooms had visible black mould everywhere — inside almirahs, in the bathroom, around the beds, and even in the AC vents.

I had an extremely unpleasant and concerning experience during my stay. The rooms were infested with black mould — it was clearly visible inside the almirahs, in the bathroom, around the beds, and even in the AC vents. This is not just a cleanliness issue; it is a serious health hazard, especially for anyone with allergies or respiratory concerns.

The beds themselves were old, dingy, and felt unhygienic, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The presence of mould in multiple areas shows a complete lack of basic maintenance and hygiene standards.

This stay was meant to be a special birthday trip, but instead of enjoying the occasion, I was left worried about my health and extremely disappointed with the conditions.

I would strongly caution others before booking this property unless immediate and thorough corrective action is taken. No guest should have to stay in an environment that poses such a clear health risk.

Quality hotel in a good location
Pros:

Had a lovely stay at the Twin Towers hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and a wide variety of foods are served for breakfast, with ample choices for vegans. The hotel also has a swimming pool, bar, spa and all other facilities you'd expect from a quality hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, situated close to the MBK Centre and Siam BTS station. Local buses also serve the hotel.
