Pros:

Room is very spacious. The beds are big and wide. Everyday the room is made cleaned and fresh towels, mineral water, toiletries, are replenished.

The hotel lobby is very spacious and there is a convenience store in the hotel vicinity. The location is walking distance to a street where there are a lot of restaurants.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet is ok, although they could have given more options for children's food and there was no hot chocolate and limited selection of juice.

There is a shuttle going to MBK Centre but chargeable - I wish they could arrange for a shuttle going back to the hotel as well as the tuktuks charges twice the amount!

Value for money & grand but not easy to get to without taxi
Pros:

- Spacious room
- Plenty of plugs in room
- Grand interior
- Convenient store right by the entrance
- Value for money
- Good wifi

Cons:

- Difficult to get to via public transport in the heat (easy by Grab though)
- Shower a bit weak
- Confusing master switch that could stop plugs from working (no clear instructions in the room) - only realised in the morning that mobile hasnt been charged overnight

Good sized room but sauna facilities were closed
Pros:

Stayed here before, so booked again as it was perfect for what we needed

Cons:

I booked this property as I am a sauna and cold water user on a daily basis, and enjoyed the facilities on my previous stay.

However, I was gutted to be told that the sauna and cold & warm water would not be open for another month.

I would have thought I could have been emailed to let me know about this in advance.

They did have another sauna in another room for 400THB but this was small and enclosed so wasn’t what I had booked for

1.ชักโครกเลย นำ้เบา ต้องกด 2 รอบ เปลี่ยนเป็นแบบใหม่น่าจะดีกว่านี้
2.มีรถไปส่ง สยามแต่เก็บ 30 / คน ควรเป็น บริการฟรีให้นะครับ ไม่ไกลเลย หรือเป็นเหมาต่อครอบครัวก็ได้ มา 3 คนเกือบร้อย

Very worth and comfortable stay, thank you
Pros:

I absolutely enjoyed my stay, i think this hotel deserve more credits. Its a good hotel with friendly staff. Bar and pool is super nice too.

Cons:

Hmm maybe the location and the tv i dont know how to navigate it to netflix might not be working

Disappointment
Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

Housekeeping was poor, and the furniture was bad and broken. The wardrobe has no shelves and hangers. Towels are very old and torn out. Unfortunately, the stay was entirely disappointing.

Rock solid beds and old fashioned rooms
Pros:

Stayed here for 10 nights. Dont be catfished by the luxurious lobby as most rooms are dated. The beds are that solid I came away with an injury and had many restless nights. The hotel is a good location with a 7/11 on your doorstop and not to far from shopping malls such as MBK centre. The noise from the Tuktuks going past and the muay thai teams hitting pads in the bedrooms and stairwells drive you crazy!

Pros:

I had had an accident in Thailand and as a part of my repatriation to the UK I was placed in this hotel . I will not name the young lady receptionist as I would not want to jeopardise her job but I have to say in all the many years I have been visiting Thailand she is without doubt the most condescending, patronising, sarcastic and downright rude above her station staff member I have ever experienced. She needs some serious retraining . If I were her manager I would put her on notice that she must make changes to the way she speaks to guests. I was given a room on the 17th floor. As a result of my accident and subsequent operation on my wrist I was suffering from the normal swelling at the site of my wound. Unfortunately the room I was given was incredibly hot. I set the air conditioning to the lowest setting 15 and it was still very hot and my wrist was swelling badly and as a result of having a general anaesthetic I was struggling to breathe in the heat. They sent an engineer but it made no difference . I had to get onto my insurance company who insisted they move me to a room with air con. This they did . The room was las you would expect and the aircon was fine however the antiquated flushing system ball valve wasn’t working so the toilet wouldn’t flush . Over my few days at this hotel I had to have several visits from maintenance to repair the ball valve . Seriously why don’t they put new parts in the cistern to remedy this? The advertised buffet for very underused during my visit . I was the only person in there on my first night then the buffet didn’t happen again. There are no restaurants within walking distance the hotel is 10/15 mins in a grab to civilisation . I would never stay in this hotel again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it . Some of the staff were very nice but it only takes a poor welcome to sour your visit .
