A deserted property that needs alot of upgrade
Pros:

Quietness. Quite deserted. We were probably the few staying in this old big hotels besides a number of ? Police officers .

Cons:

We were asked to sign an agreement that Buffet breakfast can not be served, apparently due very low occupancy. Only provided basic predetermined dish with no explanation. Food just palatable Communication is poor though they're polite.

This is a big 4-star hotel, but during my stay it felt like I was completely alone there. It was very quiet, with almost no people around. Even checked at nights, and there were no lights on in the apartment areas, only in the stairs, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast had very limited choice, only about 2–3 options, and unfortunately nothing that suited me. Overall, the hotel felt cold and lonely rather than welcoming.

Service for breakfast needs to be improved
Cons:

It is said free breakfast but it is only a Pho and one person can only get 1 egg
We are coming in a group of 24 persons and very upset about the breakfast

After we complained to the manager, 2 days later they served us quite complete breakfast with sausages, bacon, omlette, soup and fruits. No egg limitation this time

Pros:

Тихий и спокойный отель рядом с пагодой и морем (идти 7-8 минут). Отличный большой бассейн, где можно было нормально плавать. Рядом с отелем много кафешек и магазинов.

Cons:

Номер был немного усталый (рваная штора, зеркало с трещиной). Завтраки ориентированы в большей степени на азиатов, скорее скудные, но голодными не останетесь.
