Convenience of the location

The place was empty except the one car where a man seemed to be sleeping in his car. The attendant would only show us one room ? There were drug deals going on in the back. Not safe at all. Don’t stay here. It’s not safe

From here, it is only a couple mile drive to Beautiful Fort Walton Beach. The staff was friendly and overall clean place. The room was nice and the bed was wonderful. My only complaint is that the corners were not kept that clean in the room and there were some little bugs or insects on the dresser.

The staff was very rude upon arrival. We got a room and the toilet was broke, they did not move our room and denied us a refund. Following that, told us we had to get out of the lobby.

The breakfast was not good, and there were roaches on the floor

Horrible, roaches everywhere, had to leave because i had my boys with me. Very dirty.

The room was nice and clean in a quiet area. The only thing I would have liked was more of a selection at breakfast. They had waffles, biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage links, bread/bagels and muffins. There was also some cereal available. It would have been nice to have hard boiled eggs/yogurt and/or even a plain gravy for the biscuits because I am on a pork free diet. But overall, I enjoyed a waffle and coffee. Not too bad.

Our sheets were not changed the entire time we were there. We stayed 4 nights, and no one came to change our sheets. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels

When I arrived, it was definitely not what I expected. It certainly did not look like with a picture showed. I was told though if I canceled I would be charged $100 so at that point I said I guess I’m stuck staying. The room was not very clean. I honestly couldn’t sleep because I was scared of bedbugs or just felt gross.! The bedding seem clean but the bed around it wasn’t for the shower or the chair and the desk! I certainly would’ve stayed somewhere else if I known, especially doing this trip, spontaneously and little money as a single mother

The stay was great, the room clean, the major hiccup was WiFi. It was throttled so doing work there was a bit tough. I figured out a way to get it done but it was a bit frustrating. The staff was amazing, the location was perfect for so many things we were doing there.

Domestic dispute turned to parking lot brawl occurred from 11:00pm-1:00am. When reported to on site management, nobody was around to address the issue until it eventually escalated to the point a POLICE RAID happened directly outside of my door at 1:00am. Room was musty and smelled of stale cigarettes with visible stains throughout. Do not stay here.

I specifically reserved and confirmed a room with two queen beds. Upon check-in, I was informed no such room was available and was assigned a single queen-bed room. The assigned room had an extremely loud air conditioning unit that produced disruptive noise throughout the night.

If I could give this motel zero stars, I would. For $275/night, the room was disgusting. It smelled horrible and there was slimy gelatinous gunk on the shelves in the shower. The sprinkler was so rusty that I doubt it would work if there would be a fire. The shower curtain was slimy, as well as the mirror had a big circle carved in it, right at eye level. The floor felt filthy on our bare feet, so after showering, we made sure to not touch the floor with our bare feet. The bottles of shampoo/conditioner were empty. The desk chair was filthy. The pillows were very thin. This motel was the only one I could find that had a room available for 7/4/25. Do NOT stay here. It is very old and could use a remodel. The pool was tiny. I bet you could fit no more that 8 to 10 bathtubs in it.

I have nothing positive to say about this place.

The room was extremely overpriced. We found a bug on the bed. No amenities. Would not stay there again

I spent one night here. I had read reviews and seen good ones. This is just a basic hotel, went in and smelled like smoke,the blanket on bottom of bed, the shower curtain had cigarette burns on them. This room was non smoking. This is okay for someone who doesn’t want to spend much money for vacation. But, I would not recommend it for a long stay. The pool was clean. There were places to eat and shop close to it. The washer and dryer is upstairs under the awning. We couldn’t get into the gym our card wouldn’t work. This is just a basic cheap motel.

Bathroom was dirty. Used band-aids were found in the shower. There were burn marks on some linings. We found old blood drops on others. Had pics to prove it all and was denied a refund.
