とても丁寧にサービスしてくれた。ソファがふかふかでどこで買えるのか気になった。

Very nice hotel, suited more for business travelers than families but still a very good experience

Lush, impeccable service and grandeur stay in Osaka!
Pros:

The bed and pillow was probably on the harder end of our stay in Japan, which our Australian backs just aren’t used to. But overall the room was incredible tidy.

Cons:

This place was lush! At first we couldn’t figure out how we booked this or could afford this hotel because it was designer and grandeur style and the service was impeccable. They had staff take our luggage to our room, show us the facilities and the service at the breakfast was so attentive. The room itself was huge and very comfortable. It was a small walk to Osaka Train Station but nice to be a little walk away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of shops next to this hotel, such as Starbucks downstairs. It was great for travelling Osaka in serious style!

Location is okay

Cons:

Everything else. Very old hotel, very smelly rooms, hard mattress. No cleaning service after 3pm at all, which happens to be check in time so if there’s a problem with the room good luck. Staff totally unhelpful. Not a 5 start at all.

一期一会を絵に描いた様な「良かった」
Pros:

7時間の電車旅のあと寛げる広めの部屋をと思い、少し高めでしたがこの部屋を選んで良かったです。ゆったりとしたベッド、体がほぐれる浴槽、ちょっと一服する時に観る窓外の景色、ほっと一息休んで寛ぎ寝るための空間が整えられていました。良かった。　別棟で夕食を頂いたお寿司屋「翁鮨」さんでは、私の体調を考慮しつつ頂いた美味しく絶品の握りが忘れがたい思い出となりました。スペシャリストの皆さん有り難う御座いました。

I will be coming back for the view
Pros:

The location is good, the facility was excellent. 33rd floor junior club suite had an amazing view, we decided to skip the observatory… the service was excellent. We are completely satisfied with our stay
