没有我预期的那样好
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

预定的时候看着有健身房，游泳池，可是到了地方才发现健身房游泳池是收费的，还不便宜要5500日元一次，另外早餐是包含，但种类太少，是固定套餐，各种费用加起来要2300元一晚上，非常不值

Amazing hotel and incredible value for money
Pros:

Whilst the room are slightly dated they are still fantastic and extremely well maintained. Very large with an amazing bathroom. Staff are extremely helpful! Highly recommend

Excellent week end à Osaka !
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien
Nous remercions l’hôtel pour votre petite attention (chambre avec vue)
La vue et la chambre était superbe
Les articles de toilettes sont très pratiques (skin care…)
Le room service était très bon

Cons:

Rien mais il est dommage que pour un établissement international les panneaux ne soient pas traduit en anglais

Nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

It is a lovely hotel in a very good location . The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and a great view of the city.

Cons:

My son wanted to go for a quick swim after a hot day travelling and that would have been £25. That seemed very excessive for a swim and I don’t remember seeing that in the hotel description. It probably included the gym but he only wanted a swim. I chose this hotel because it had a pool

Pros:

部屋が綺麗で景色も良く、案内してくださった方の対応も良かったです。ラウンジを利用したが、落ち着いたふんいきのなか、美味しい軽食が食べられて最高でした。

Excelente acomodação ! Funcionários extremamente educados e atenciosos ! Quarto grande e confortável , metrô muito perto

Great staff! Great location! Maybe overly luxurious image for our taste, but still good hotel.

Rooms a bit smaller than expected. Unfortunately our shower tap broke, (classic 2 tap) although they came quickly to repair it. No breakfast buffet only set menu.

Konumu gayet iyi, personel çok ilgili ve nazik, odalar büyük ve ekipmanlar yeterli. Kahvaltı güzel ancak genellikle dışarıda yaptık. Çevrede çok fazla mekan var.

Cons:

Biri tamamen sert ve yassı ve diğeri çok yumuşak ikili yastık kombinasyonu yanlış olmuş bence. Bu iki kullanışsız yastığın birleşimi bir iyi yastık yapmıyor. Daha konforlu yastıklar kullanmalarını tavsiye ederim.

Perfect stay in Osaka
Pros:

Excellent hotel, elegant, spotless clean, cosy and welcoming. The same building hosts excellent restaurants, a great patisserie and a Starbucks, and it is next to the Umeda Arts Theatre. Very close to Umeda Station, in a lively but quiet neighbourhood of Osaka.
