Pros:

우선 전망이 최고였습니다.
바로 앞에서 지나다니는 한큐 전철, 주변으로 호텔 등 고층 건물과 멀리 보이는 요도강으로 전경과 야경이 모두 최고였습니다.
체크인 하는 날 비가 오고 있었으나, 레인 자켓만 입고 호텔에 도착하였으며 체크인 중 직원들께서 젖은 레인 자켓, 캐리어, 백팩을 손수 닦아 주시며 룸까지 짐을 옮겨주셨습니다.
또한 벨맨께서도 매우 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았습니다.
마지막으로 booking에서 호텔 측으로 요청사항 요청 시 친절한 답변을 받을 수 있었습니다.

Cons:

호텔 위치가 아무래도 오사카 역과의 기본 거리가 있기 때문에 그점은 다소 아쉽습니다. 이건 어떻게 해결 가능한 문제가 아니다 보니 참고만 하시길 바랍니다.

Location was good. Close to amenities.
Bed comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. Nice bathroom products. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Old fashioned and dated room. We were in a suite with red swirly carpets and dark wood panelling. The dining room for breakfast was so over the top with silver platters and serving wear….but the food was dreadful. Limited choices. Poor quality. Coffee was bitter. When you scratch the surface (figuratively)… the place isn’t well maintained. The ceilings are dirty and dusty. It’s over the top and they can’t back it up with quality products. Very disappointing. I realise they are going for a certain style but if you are going to pretend to be a certain standard you have to follow it through in every aspect of the hotel.

Pros:

An absolutely stunning hotel with a luxurious atmosphere and beautiful interiors. Everything felt elegant and sophisticated, making our stay a truly special experience. Our room on a high floor offered breathtaking panoramic views of Osaka, and watching the sunrise over the city was unforgettable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was particularly lovely, with everything needed for a relaxing bath after long days of exploring the city. The hotel perfectly combines classic elegance with comfort, and the views alone made it worth staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would happily return!

The hotel is so beautiful. It's a bit older but really well maintained and the age did not bother us at all, in fact, the elegance of the spaces and the service really added to our stay. The breakfast was delicious as well. Would gladly stay here again.
