Comfort, relaxation, ease.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast, but we did use laundry service, which was impeccably done. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Proximity to Osaka station gave a lot of travel options for every area of the city and the airport. We were fortunate to have a lovely South facing view of the city which we enjoyed very much. Attention to detail both in the facility and the room was top flight (the pajamas were quite nice)! We were very satisfied guests.

Cons:

We were too satisfied to find any serious fault!
