Disappointing - looks fancy, but overall experience (food, hospitality) is lacking
Pros:

Location was ok and overall looked nice

Cons:

Room service was poor - ordered a Spaghetti Neapolitan - expected it to have beef and poor as denoted in menu. What came had nothing. On complaint, staff came to room and admitted they used canned sauce that supposedly had meat but you could see on plate that it did not!
Also asked for an extra pillow and they said they had none!
