Would recommend to anyone
Pros:

Location is perfect 10 min walk to Umeda and Osaka Station. Close enough to transport and shopping but far enough to escape crowd. Room was very comfortable. Personel and service was skilled, organized and helpful. Good price for this level of service. If we visit Osaka again, we would like to stay here

Cons:

Our stay only included room so did not had any chance to try other services and facilities.

Beautiful splurge in Osaka!
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel in a nice location. It is close to the train and bus station which originally I was unsure of, but in the end found it to be perfect. Osaka is very busy and some locations are packed. Staying in one of the packed locations (ie. by the river) would be very noises and congested. This provided great access to the train and is beautiful. The staff are beyond accommodating.

大満足です。おかげさまで大阪が好きになりました。

何はともあれ部屋が素晴らしかった。窓からの景色も最高！
スタッフの方々も親切でとても気持ちが良かった。
朝食が美味しかった。朝食会場も雰囲気があって良かった。
ホテルの周りも素敵なお店が沢山あって、近所を散策するのも楽しかったです。

Hotel Hankyu International was truly one of the most impressive hotels we have ever stayed at. The bellboy team and front desk staff were especially outstanding — incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely valued and were always kind, efficient, and solution-oriented.

The rooms were elegant, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed quality, quiet atmosphere, and overall room equipment gave a real premium luxury feeling. The bathroom amenities, room details, and cleanliness were all beyond true 5-star standards.

The hotel’s atmosphere, refined design, and exceptional service made our Osaka trip even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. A flawless experience from beginning to end.
