Pros:

Já conhecia Lyon e, desta vez, busquei uma localização que facilitasse a locomoção, e o Le Phénix Hôtel Lyon atendeu perfeitamente. A localização é excelente: muito fácil de explorar a pé, em uma região agradável, com muitos bares, restaurantes e bistrôs, além de bem servida por transporte público.

As instalações têm uma decoração muito agradável e acolhedora. O café da manhã é delicioso, com produtos locais de ótima qualidade, embora com menor variedade de frutas e queijos. A equipe é sempre muito educada, atenciosa e solícita.

O quarto é pequeno, mas funcional e confortável. O hotel não disponibiliza amenidades diretamente no quarto, mas é possível solicitá-las sob demanda, assim como água.

Convenient location, good breakfast, helpful reception, easy to get to on public transport with a bus stop out the front, or can walk to the main station.
Good bathroom facilities.
Boutique style and feel.

Cons:

The room was quite hot so we needed to open the window at night.
The coffees were often hot. Ask for an ‘extra hot’.

Clean hotel but disappointing single room conditions
Pros:

Pretty location, very friendly staff, clean, elevator (not obvious in Lyon)

Cons:

Single room was obviously a servant's bedroom, and therefore the price was rather outrageous. Uncomfortable shower with no own light.

price is too high for that standart. The hotel have indeed a huge optimization potential

The hotel has some very nice furnished areas, like the lobby and entry area and also the wintergarden

Cons:

the quality of our room was not what we expected. The room was very big with a few nice details, but it was very dark and the bathroom was not well renovated. The staff was ok, but should be more friendly and also more proactive for such a price and rating. And no Minibar at all.....
