Comfortable and enjoyable!
Pros:

Le Phenix was centrally located and for the most part, we were able to walk most places we were interested in visiting. The staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable, however, the TV didn't work. Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection to choose from. Availability of water at all times was a great perk! Very comfortable stay! Would definitely stay there again!

Cons:

I thought everything was good. May have been good if the TV was working but even that wasn't a big issue. Didn't realise how far the hotel was from the airport but that's on me, not the hotel!

Geen airco in algemene ruimtes, ontbijtzaal. Ontbijtbuffet werd niet goed bijgevuld, op was op. Ook beperkt.

Es war alles gut!

Lovely stay at Le Phenix
Pros:

What a lovely hotell. Best location for a first visit to Lyon. Superfriendly staff. Great breakfast. Bus 1 minute from hotell door. Nice room with a view over the river.

Cons:

We had a bath in our room which was a bit difficult to get into - to old I guess. Other than that everything was perfect

Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Neues Bad. Gutes Frühstück. Es gab für unsere Räder eine Garage mit Auflademöglichkeit.
