Fantastic stay, the receptionist was so helpful and recommended excellent restaurants.

The room (junior suite) was an excellent size with lovely decor. Huge comfortable bed.

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Florence 10/10
Pros:

We stayed at the Cerretani Hotel Firenze MGallery Collection and the experience was simply exceptional, it truly exceeded all of our expectations.

From the very first moment we could tell this hotel was something special. The location was perfect, extremely central, making it incredibly easy to explore Florence on foot.

The staff is absolutely outstanding, Valentina was very professional, genuinely warm, and always attentive to every detail.
A very special thank you to the Manager Veronica, who made our stay even more memorable. She left us not one, not two, but three handwritten personalized notes welcoming us and checking in during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. These kinds of thoughtful gestures make all the difference and show a level of care that is truly rare.

The breakfast had a good variety of quality products, and beautifully presented. A good way to start the day.

The interior design of the hotel is stunning. Every detail feels carefully curated from the elegant golden elevator to the beautiful contrasts between carpets, curtains, and textures throughout the rooms. The atmosphere is sophisticated, warm, and full of character.

This Hotel exceeded our expectations!

Without a doubt, a place we would love to return to. Highly recommended.

Bonus: Rooms extremely quiet with double windows which cancelled all noise from the outside (rare in florence)

Hotel de un nivel superior a lo que me esperaba de Italia (suelen ser muy malos y de baja calidad)

Quisiera agradecer lo bien que atienden las chicas del desayuno, son rápidas, te traen las cosas que les pides al instante!!!. A mí me prepararon durante varios días un latte macciato excelente!. por otro lado, las señoras de la limpieza dejaban el dormitorio perfecto y el cuarto de baño también!!!. Muchas gracias!!

Cons:

El olor a "popo" en recepción todos los días, y la tardanza descomunal de los dos únicos ascensores, es algo a tener en cuenta para la salida!!!. Son ascensores muy, muy lentos!!!. los hay más modernos y rápidos hoy en día.
