Very pleasant hotel in Florence
Pros:

Great location within walking distance from all the sites in the Old Town. Friendly team. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Good breakfasf.

Cons:

There was a tea making facilith in the room it was set in a deep cupboard. To see what you were doing meant turning on the lights in the room. A little separatr light in the cupboard would be better. I know I'm nitpicking but it was not a cheap hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Cons:

Upon entry, it seemed there was a sewer issue. The entire hotel smelled, and it was not addressed by anyone. When we inquired the second day, they told us it was a “mystery”. The smell persisted the entire stay. Unpleasant to say the least.

Très bon emplacement, repos facile car bâtiment calme.
Pros:

L’emplacement, le personnel, la literie.

Cons:

Odeur d’égouts dans le rez-de-chaussée y compris salle du petit déjeuner et bar, tout le long du séjour. Ce n’est pas le seul endroit à Florence où nous avons senti cela. J’imagine que c’est un problème dans la ville. Mais c’est dommage et désagréable. Heureusement cela ne sentait pas dans notre chambre au 4eme étage.
Le petit déjeuner identique chaque jour, pas assez de choix de fruits.
