It was a cozy neatly clean place very quite at the back apartments near train station, public busses
Pros:

I had to wait for someone I wasn’t awarded you needed a coded I just assumed someone will always be at the reception so, this wasn’t the case reception hours are business hour.

Cons:

There wasn’t a clothes dryer. The location wasn’t that safe after dark

Top verblijf voor bezoek aan Lissabon!
Pros:

Hele fijne locatie om Lissabon te ontdekken. Vriendelijk personeel, net appartement en metro voor de deur. Perfect voor een stedentrip. Lekkere restaurantjes in de straat en supermarkt tegenover. Kortom, alles in de buurt! Wij hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van uber, deze stopt voor de deur. We verbleven 7 nachten en halverwege de week werd het appartement schoongemaakt en kregen we nieuwe handdoeken + beddengoed.

Cons:

Een tip: Een droogrek + bezem zou fijn zijn en wat meer ophanghaakjes in de badkamer. Ook sloot het raam in de slaapkamer niet helemaal goed, dus geluid van straat kon je heel goed horen. Verder alles perfect!

Pros:

Apartamento grande con un gran ventanal, muchas luz. Parece reformado de hace pocos años.
Excelente la equipación. No le falta de nada.
Estaba todo muy ordenado y muy limpio. Electrodomésticos muy nuevos .
Pese a los pequeños detalles que no nos gustaron no empaqn la maravillosa estancia. Y su personal de recepción amabilísimos. Ha sido una grata experiencia.

Cons:

Hay detalles que deberían cuidar. Pequeños desperfectos que parece que van acumulando y nadie repara. Por ejemplo toallero y soporte papel higiénico roto. Puerta del congelador dentro del frigorífico se cae al abrir. La cebolla de la ducha no se sujeta en posición arriba y la tienes que usar con la mano.
Se escucha ligeramente el ruido de aviones al aterrizar y despegar del aeropuerto.

Schoon en modern appartement, vriendelijke personeel.
Pros:

De locatie is perfect. Buiten het toeristische centrum, maar vlakbij metrohalte Arroios. Met een dagkaart kan je de hele stad eenvoudig verkennen. Zeer vriendelijke receptionist, we voelden ons direct welkom. Accomodatie is schoon, modern en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Ook aan kleine dingen zoals, vaatwasblokjes, koffie, fles water etc is gedacht. Wasmachine is ook aanwezig. Wij zaten aan de achterzijde, geen last van lawaai.

De kinderen hebben zich nog even vermaakt in het kleine swembadje, terwijl wij in de zon op het terras zaten.

We konden de bagage opslaan na het uitchecken ivm avondvlucht, dat was erg fijn..

Wij sliepen in een 1 kamer appartement, kinderen op de bedbank.

Cons:

De volgende keer zou ik een accomodatie met een aparte slaapkamer boeken, maar het is natuurlijk midden in de stad.

Una estancia perfecta y llena de detalles en el corazón de Lisboa!
Pros:

Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con Liliana y Susana fue excelente; son muy atentas, eficientes y abiertas a cualquier petición. Quiero agradecerles especialmente el detalle del vino y los bombones por nuestro aniversario, ¡fue un gesto encantador!

La ubicación es ideal: la parada de autobús está justo frente al edificio y el metro Arroios a solo 5 metros. Mi habitación en el primer piso era impecable y olía de maravilla. Algo que me sorprendió gratamente es que todos los electrodomésticos, las camas y la ropa de cama son de marcas conocidas y de muy buena calidad.

Disfruté muchísimo del columpio en la habitación y de la terraza con jacuzzi. Aunque la terraza es común,en esta época no había casi turistas y era muy tranquila. Además, la habitación daba a la parte trasera, por lo que no se escuchaba nada de ruido del bulevar. Nos sentimos excelentes, no tuvimos ni un solo problema. ¡Totalmente recomendable!"

Bellissimo appartamento
Pros:

Bellissimo appartamento!! Comodo per la posizione avendo la metro sotto e diversi supermercati. Dotato di lavastoviglie e lavatrice...peccato solo non ci fosse la macchina per l caffe' a capsule che aveei gratito!! Ormai molti la mettono a disposizione! Letto comodo ma divano letto scricchiolante...lo consiglio pero' vivamente!
