Todo perfecto
Pros:

El apartamento muy grande y limpio con todo lo necesario, lavavajillas, horno, microondas,lavadora, un frigorífico pequeño con congelador, secador de pelo, plancha, tostadora, cafetera dolce gusto, aire acondicionado, wifi y un botiquin.
Las persianas de la cocina don eléctricas.
Pegado a una parada de metro y a un supermercado.

Que la minipiscina tipo jacuzzi cierra muy pronto

Limpio y cómodo. La ubicación no está en el mejor barrio, pero está a 10 minutos en coche de todo lo Interesante. Cerca hay un restaurante muy bueno. Hay metro y bus. Personal muy atento.

Residence ok, ma con margini di miglioramento.
Pros:

Residence pulito e comodo alla metro, anche se a Lisbona conviene girare con Bolt o Uber

Cons:

Il residence è in un quartiere urbano poco turistico e affaccia su una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa. Il divano letto è molto scomodo. In bagno mancano mensole e appoggi.

La atención del personal de recepción y la proximidad a una boca de metro y a servicios como cafeterías y supermercados.

Pros:

Appartamento con spazi generosi, ottima posizione a due passi dalla metro comoda sia per andare in centro che per raggiungere l aeroporto.

Cons:

A nostro avviso l appartamento necessita di alcuni interventi di manutenzione (es climatizzatore). L appartamento affacciava sulla strada che è molto trafficata anche di notte. Più che altro gli infissi fanno gran poco perché il rumore si sentiva molto.

Pros:

Tutto. Consiglio vivamente per posizione, assistenza, pulizia, comodità supermercati di fronte. Ottimo bar pasticceria di fianco.

Pros:

The apartment was in a good location, close to the metro station. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a broom, as we were staying for a longer(8 days) and there was only one clean-up in the meantime.

El apartamento era amplio. La cama muy cómoda. A treinta minutos andando de la plaza del Comercio

Estaba mal conservado. Había muchas cosas que se habían estropeado y no se habían arreglado. El sofá cama era incomoda

Pros:

AC working properly and not noisy at all one on the living room one on the main room
The apartment had everything that needed even it was provided with coffee, water, detergent both for the dishwasher machine and the laundry machine. VERY CLEAN AND MODERN.

Cons:

The only minor drawback was TV wasn’t a. Smart TV I stayed in with my 83 year old grandpa and we couldn’t watch his favorite channel it would be nice to have a chromecast tv stick or to change it to a Smart TV
