This is our favourite hotel to stay at whenever we are in town visiting our daughter.
Pros:

We are repeat guests and will definitely return again. This is our third visit. We stayed 3 nights. I especially enjoy the lake view and breakfast in the cozy restaurant. A nice perk is the lobby’s complimentary hot chocolate/coffee machine. The arcade is fun for kids and adults (Love the vintage games). The subway restaurant and convenience store next door was handy. The staff are always friendly. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

We always enjoy our stay. There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We were just a little disappointed the lobby’s hot chocolate and coffee machine was out of order for our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel.
Pros:

We loved the delicious breakfast buffet and also enjoyed a excellent dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The room was quite spacious, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable.
