Will stay again!
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Although there weren’t room available for early check in, reception gave me a call back when it was ready and my niece wanted to sleepover instead of staying at the dorm and kindly offered free of charge!

Cons:

Slamming of the doors from others guests in the middle of the night or early mornings. Perhaps you can install a soft closure. Mattress was a bit saggy as well.

Pros:

Staff were very accommodating when we arrived and weren't satisfied with our room so they changed us without any issues. Another stay we ran into an ants issue in our room, they happily relocated us to another room. Any issues we ran into, they promptly resolved it with a smile on their faces!

Angenehm für ein paar Tage
Pros:

Angenehmes, ruhiges Hotel etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum von Halifax. Dafür aber mit genug Parkplätzen. Einfaches aber gutes Frühstück. Gut ist auch, dass man sich beim Frühstück eine Lunchbox zum Mitnehmen fertigmachen kann. Und abends noch einen Drink an der Bar.

Will go again.
Pros:

I loved being on the lake. We went to supper. Best fish n chips ever. Waitresses super friendly. Our yorkie was content in his room.

Cons:

We had changed dates and they didnt get changed in the hotel system. Scary. But it worked out.

Breakfast was good. Location near shopping mall.

Cons:

Expensive small room with no direct access to the main hotel building. We had kids with us that went swimming- and had to go outside with wet swimsuits.

The breakfast seemed a bit repetitive over the 4-day stay, but overall, it was not bad. The hotel's location is very pleasant, especially the view of the lake. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel restaurant is very good, with a decent selection of food, but one would expect a larger selection of seafood from Halifax. Overall, the experience was very positive.I would confidently rate the hotel at 8.7

Cons:

I'd recommend changing the tea. It definitely didn't live up to my expectations.
