Well worth the stay. I could have stayed longer. Historical location near major attractions.
Pros:

Excellent reception staff. The late check in was essential to my accommodation. Accommodation description was accurate. The sea lions across the water added a nice touch.

Cons:

No glasses provided in the room. Coffee cups were.

Great stay. Need to work on waiter and server etiquette, the worst I've seen.
Pros:

Great place to stay. Food was wonderful, poor restaurant service.

Cons:

Our waiter was not good. I understand he was busy and possibly going through some personal stuff, but he forgot about us several times. He forgot our drinks, and he forgot our bill (we had to get up and find him to pay). He wasn't mean, just not all there. Also, the amount of homeless people surrounding the boat was insane. Downtown Sac is not what it used to be.

Pros:

I love the location! Right in the middle of old sac, walking distance from golden 1 center and various resteraunts. I also love all the staff, they were very accommodating and super nice. The regular rooms are small, but that's expected! It is a boat after all. It was still a cozy stay.

We enjoyed the stay the location is great and appreciated the free welcome drink sitting on the oute
Pros:

Location, was quiet and not disturbed at night. We had a problem with our bathroom light which meant we were without it for a night however the reception staff did offer to move us to another room if we wanted however it was our choice to stay in our room and manage. It was fixed promptly the next day.
We absolutely loved having and evening lullaby and an early morniing wake up call from the sea lions on the pontoon across the river !!

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. Whilst the staff made every endeavour to be helpful there were only bagels available. I think we should have been told at check in that breakfast on board was not an option
