Location, was quiet and not disturbed at night. We had a problem with our bathroom light which meant we were without it for a night however the reception staff did offer to move us to another room if we wanted however it was our choice to stay in our room and manage. It was fixed promptly the next day.
We absolutely loved having and evening lullaby and an early morniing wake up call from the sea lions on the pontoon across the river !!
The breakfast was poor. Whilst the staff made every endeavour to be helpful there were only bagels available. I think we should have been told at check in that breakfast on board was not an option
The people were great.
That my room was 10 feet from the front desk.
Good price, unique, on the water and on a boat. Decent bar. Sea lions barking.
Great location and very unique
Horrible service, we actually were booked into the same room as a gentleman, given a key and walked into a room with a stranger already settling in!! The front desk staff was very…. Confused. She kept asking us our names (12 times in the hour it took for her to check us in?!) She also went room to room at one point and without knocking, used her key to open each room to “see if someone was in them” so she could get us in our room…
Nothing went right with the checking in and it was so frustrating we should have just left.
It was our first time staying on the boat. It was amazing. It was a surprise for my husband for his birthday. He loved it. The staff was amazing. The room was clean and the boat has so much history to it.It was just fun exploring the boat.
Those seals are loud now.I understand why they put earplugs in the room.
Great place for local old town stay. Staff friendly.
All good
Location Location
Bathroom sink hot and cold water being separate. Just different
It was in a great location and the ship itself was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the price was as great, especially for the quality of the room.
Breakfast was a little funky in that only two of the menu items were available but that was such a minor issue compared to the quality of the rooms and the great food at dinner.
Amazing unique hotel in historical place. Stuff very friendly and nice
Perfect venue
