Really amazing place
Pros:

Wonderful hotel rooms very clean and fresh. dinner was always nice the hole time lots of choice and the breakfast was very very good down in the restaurant or with the room service. All the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Ivon and Kante how made the hole trip even better with there great service would definitely come back again

Great staff, great service
Pros:

Ate in the W5 restaurant. Very good food and great service. Staff were very friendly and prompt. Place was very clean a good business trip overall.!

Location was convenient fir my work

Cons:

No air con in rooms for two nights in 38 degree heat . As a single woman checking in at 8pm I was told I didn’t have to check in if I was unhappy . This was wholly inappropriate suggestion. I was offered no compensation or reduction in fee . I will never stay here again or recommend to anyone . I specifically will be making female colleagues aware of the lack of concern for a lone females welfare suggesting I could go elsewhere late in the evening . I think given recent tragedies in the hotel space with safeguarding women, you would expect the industry to be more aware and conscious of doing something different .

Wonderful stay from start to finish, would recommend!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay here as part of our trip to see Harry Styles at Wembley Stadium. It was our first time visiting London and it was the perfect base to explore all the city has to offer! The location is great, there are two metro stations nearby and so it was easy to travel to different parts of the city each day. It is also a short distance from Wembley, so it was perfect for the purpose of our trip.
The hotel was clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quite small, but it was not an issue as there was only two of us staying there. We stayed during the heatwave and so the air conditioning was a great addition to the room!
What stood out the most to me was the service. Every staff member - from reception to the breakfast team was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask. We were provided with plenty of free water upon request. They allowed us to leave our luggage at reception before check in and after check out, which helped us to make the most of our short time in London and visit various attractions without the hassle of hauling our bags around with us. The warm cookies given to us at check in were also a nice touch!
The stay was a bit more on the expensive side but that was to be expected with the concert taking place nearby.
The breakfast selection was tasty with plenty of options on offer.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway to London.
