Amazing location, cool staff, beautiful cafe downstairs.
Our room was a bit too small to open 2 luggages
Our stay here was really comfortable and it was situated close to the centre but not too close so you were not in the most touristy area. Easy walking distance to sight seeing spots and got to explore the side of the city you don’t always get to see. Lovely restaurants within short distance and beautiful gardens. Would fully recommend.
Great staff, location, very clean. Free upgrade & early check in. Bed was very good.
Temperature was hard to control, chargers next to bed didn't work, would have been nice to have dressing gowns.
The trip was a joint birthday trip for my husband and I so we chose this hotel as it was a nice boutique hotel. It was extremely convenient for the RER, Metro and buses which we used a lot to get around. It was within walking distance of Norte Dame and the Louvre if you have the legs, but both are very well connected on bus and RER routes. It’s very close to the lovely Luxembourg Gardens which are well worth a visit. The hotel itself was lovely, nicely renovated and very comfortable. The staff were great, they upgraded our room, gave us vouchers for free champagne and sung “happy birthday” to my husband on the morning of his birthday. They even gave him a cake with a candle in it. All of this was unprompted and a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Observatoire Luxembourg as a family of four with two young kids during Spring Break. Even before arrival, communications with the staff via email were very friendly and efficient and they were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms and an early check-in (after a long red-eye flight)!
As soon as we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The staff (and food) at the restaurant were also top notch. The location was perfect - there is a metro and bus stop directly across the street and, for our kids, close access to the Luxembourg Gardens was very convenient as a quick stop for them to run around between planned activities.
A special shoutout to Charlotte for going above and beyond during our stay.
Overall a 10/10 and would highly recommend!
Perfectly central to the Parisian city life, it is a darling hotel with an art deco, with its lush emerald green and gold accents.
The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, Christina would always go the extra mile to make sure guests were well cared for, on occassions I felt unsure about how ordering/ hotel breakfast, she was quick to reassure and guide me on the selection of glorious bacon and eggs, granola, cereal, fromage, charcuterie, condiments and a wealth of mini buttery, flaky croissants!
Amir who greeted us on arrival was so approachable and easy to build rapport with, he also was very thoughtful when he was notified of my returning early due to being unwell. He had my bags brought up to my shared room, left me a thoughtful note and desserts to cheer me up!
The staff never failed to make me smile and I left so light with newfound friendships.
The rooms are cosy, clean, quiet and complete with warmly lit sconce lamps, and centrally controlled downlights. The twin beds were comfortable and well maintained. The coffee pod machine and cups for tea at a desk made for a lovely spot to chill. I loved the bathroom, it acts like a matte tiled wet room with a heated towel rack, toilet and good space to enjoy a relaxing shower!
You will find so much value, kindness and heart here! It was truly a wonderful stay, I definitely recommend it to all my friends and I can't wait to visit again 🤗
From the moment we stepped through the front door, we were welcomed with warm smiles from the Front Desk team. The wonderful Ms Maryam assisted us with check in and was kind, patient, and incredibly welcoming. The evening Front Desk team, especially Mr Amir, was also consistently helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
For us, the exceptional hospitality began well before we even arrived at the hotel. Whenever we sent an email with a request or concern, we always received prompt and accommodating responses from Mr Saif and Mr Guy, despite the time difference between Australia and France. We found this especially helpful while organising a trip for our small family group.
We are particularly grateful to Ms Clara, who assisted us with an inventory issue we discovered a few weeks prior to check in date. Without her help, we would not have been able to enjoy such precious family time at this exquisite hotel. We were delighted to meet Ms Clara in person, and it became clear why the entire team maintains such an outstanding standard of hospitality. As Deputy Director, Ms Clara leads by example, she is a gracious host who makes every guest feel truly at home.
The hotel has an exquisite interior design. The location is in a peaceful neighbourhood with the beautiful Luxembourg Garden just a stroll away.
For a memorable Parisian stay, this hotel is The One.
Great location beside the Jardins de Luxembourg and easy to reach by bus or metro. They had an issue with a water leak but sorted this out very efficiently by transferring me to a hotel almost next door, with an upgraded room and free breakfast. The staff were all lovely and the food was good. I would be happy to book this hotel again
