friendly hotel in good location
Pros:

Great location beside the Jardins de Luxembourg and easy to reach by bus or metro. They had an issue with a water leak but sorted this out very efficiently by transferring me to a hotel almost next door, with an upgraded room and free breakfast. The staff were all lovely and the food was good. I would be happy to book this hotel again

Very nice hotel and staff.
Pros:

Staff was wonderful. Restaurant and bar in lobby was lovely with good food.

Cons:

We had prepaid for 2 rooms for 3 nights. We were moved to a different "comparable" hotel the first night because of "technical difficulties," but the hotel refunded our first night due to the inconvenience and bent over backwards to make the remainder of our stay as pleasant as possible.

Erittäin kaunis hotelli hyvällä aamupalalla ja sijainnilla lentokenttäjunan kannalta. Henkilökunta yllätti avuliaisuudellaan.

Cons:

Käytävältä ja vaatekaapin läpi kuului muiden asukkaiden ääniä turhan usein. Pienenä toiveena siis äänieristyksen parantaminen.

Un fin de semana perfecto, para repetir
Pros:

Nos encantó el hotel. Todo su estilo es muy parisino. Es limpio y se nota que lo han reformado recientemente. Lo mejor de él fue sin duda el trato. Nos ayudaron y facilitaron nuestro viaje.

Por poner una pega, el tamaño de la habitación. Era bastante pequeña, a diferencia de las fotos.

Great Hotel
Pros:

We had a lovely four night break at this great hotel in February, what a find. Very very clean, close to Notre Dame and the staff especially Saif on reception couldn’t have been more considerate and helpful, even sorting out a problem after we returned home, which was nothing to do with the hotel. We highly recommend Observatoire Luxembourg and would never consider staying anywhere else when next in Paris. You will certainly not be disappointed when staying at this hotel. Thank you again Saif for all your help, it was very much appreciated.

Pros:

We liked the personal touches of staying in this pleasant, cute boutique hotel. Nothing negative to say except the constant reminders via email and whatsapp to pre-register were a bit much. We would recommend this hotel and hope to stay again in the future !
