Very well situated transport wise, beautiful surroundings and decor, well equipped and comfortable room. Great restaurant and its staff.
You had to ask for toilet paper.
The staff were kind and very helpful. The restaurant was quite good and accommodating.
The rooms were quite small although they were comfortable. They were expensive. The location was not the best for a tourist.
Newly renovated, great location near the gardens and RER B, walking distance everywhere, great A/C in the room
I stayed at this hotel twice, from May 22-28 and June 9-11, 2026. Friends who had stayed there several times had highly recommended it and I agree 100% with their recommendation. It was everything I was looking for in a Paris hotel: a 4-star boutique hotel in the 5th arrondissement (Latin Quarter), reasonably priced, recently remodeled, with an elevator, air conditioning, bar and restaurant, 24-hour reception desk, and easy for a taxi to locate. The address is 107 Blvd. Saint Michel, across from the Luxembourg Garden and right next to the RER B stop. I could easily walk north (toward the Seine) to reach the Luxembourg Garden (on the left), the Pantheon and Cluny Museum (on the right), Notre Dame, and Sainte Chapelle, in that order. There are many stores, restaurants, and cafes along the Blvd. Saint Michel, but just to the east is a neighborhood of typical narrow Parisian streets, boulangeries, more restaurants, and cafes, and the rue Mouffetard, which is eclectic and fun to explore. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly. My room was nicely appointed, very modern, with an immaculately clean wooden floor and spacious bathroom with a heated towel rack (useful for drying clothes overnight). The air conditioning unit was covered and made no noise but the blower was forceful enough that my room was cool all the time. Control panel is on the wall. My first stay coincided with a heat wave so I appreciated the modern, quiet air conditioning. The windows are large and can open if you want to get fresh air. The elevator is small but big enough for me and my luggage. As a solo traveler, I did make use of the restaurant a few evenings when I wanted to eat a light dinner at my hotel. The restaurant is called Luco. The menu is limited (it’s on the hotel website) but had enough choices that I could have something light, like quiche, or get a full dinner like fish or chicken. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I will definitely stay there again.
We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and welcoming our room was clean and very comfortable.. very close to Luxembourg Park, public transport and walking distance to most points of interest.. would definitely recommend

מלון מקסים! מיקום מעולה! צוות נעים ומסביר פנים
If you're looking for a hotel that's near action, but not in the center of it, then this is a great option. It's not far from a bunch of restaurants and activities, but it's just far enough away from large crowds of people. It has a subway entrance and bus stop extremely close for easy access to all parts of Paris.
Personnel accueillant et très sympathique, emplacement idéal juste à coté du Luxembourg, chambres confortables et spacieuses pour Paris, le bar et restaurant de qualité au rez-de-chaussée
If you want to make your visit to Paris easy and comfortable this is perfect choice. Easy access from CDG with RER train. Excellent service and breakfast makes your living comfortable. Bar with terrace and reasonable restaurant makes it easy. Top class rooms and nearby everything.
