My room smelled mold and mildew they had the air all the way up so when you turn it to a normal temp you could smell the mold and mildew and I got a headache and I ask for to me moved and they lied and said there was no available room I went online and seeing that they had availability and I showed it to the lady and then she act like her manager told her that they cannot move rooms and I asked to call a manager. She said her manager won’t be until Monday and I was 4 1/2 hours away from home and I left and travel back home.

Pros:

The room was less than impressive.. it was clean, but the room felt damp...and the carpet needed to be stretched. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and looked like it was installed in correctly. I wouldn't describe the breakfast as a buffet....maybe a continental with a hot bar. We probably would not stay here again.

One night stay
Pros:

When I first arrived I was given a room on the beach second floor. When I went to my room I noticed the hallway was very run down and some of the doors had no locks with the doors ajar, tiles were missing from the ceiling and it definitely needed to be painted and updated. I actually felt unsafe because it didn’t seem as though anyone else was staying on that floor and the length of the hallways were extremely long and deserted. I reached my room and stayed for 5 minutes. I went back to reception and requested a first floor room. The room was okay but again very outdated. The bed was the highlight of my stay. It was very comfortable. The shower was okay, however, the water was cold/lukewarm and never got hot. Breakfast was good and the woman who was running it was very nice and hospitable. One other thing I noticed was that the doors to the outside from the hallways were unlocked which I found to be unsafe. There needs to be a passcode keypad or card swipe used on these doors. I would not stay here again

Clean comfortable room and bed for short visit.
Pros:

Both rooms were clean upon arrival. I have stayed here yearly for annual family visits and last year wasn’t as good. Decided to give another chance and it was back up to standards. Breakfast is nice with many choices for everyone, both hot or cold.
We did let kids try the indoor pool and water was very cold. Kids still swam. Shocking since the covered terrarium is so warm in there. Several chairs need replaced in. The pool area from dry rot. All in all nice place for short stay .

Cons:

The pool water could have been little warmer inside pools usually aren’t that cold. The chairs in pool area several are in bad shape and torn.
Only other, we did put out “room service “ tag on door when left for towels but when return late in evening no one came. I was able to get at desk very easy so all was good.

It was okay. Room was a bit pricey for what you get.

Didn't get room keys that worked properly. Difficulty controling room temperature. Beds were a bit hard.
