I would never stay at that hotel again and I would like to have all my money back. I paid $189 and was offered $70 back

Cons:

The first room I entered Room 250. The closet had a pizza box with pizza in it. The bathroom was filthy. The whole floor had chips on it. Looks like nobody cleaned it what so ever. I was then moved to Room 262 it smelled very bad and it wasn’t the cleanest either. If I could have booked a room elsewhere in that moment I would have. Room 262 also had roaches and I did tell the lady at the front desk by this time it was midnight and my child was sleep so I couldn’t have moved to another room.

Lesson Learned. will not return.
Pros:

Bed was comfy, great location, bartender was friendly

Cons:

Hotel was not clean. Hotel staff was not friendly or accommodating. Dead bugs in our room, dirty hallways/lobby. Breakfast was not good. Tables were dirty. Guard was up the entire time, did not feel safe traveling by myself with 2 young kids.

Cons:

Everything. Checked in, immediately had a clogged, overflowing toilet. Girl at front desk asked if I wanted a plunger. I was handed a plunger that had “sink only” . I unclogged the toilet that was backed up before we even checked in. I was told to leave the toilet water drenched towels and plunger in the hallway. Woke up the next morning to the pile still in the hallway. Room and bathroom were incredibly small compared to what was advertised. Terrible all around.

We have stayed at this location many times. This was out of character.
Pros:

Breakfast staff was pleasant and attentive.

Cons:

Desk staff was inattentive. Pool had not been cleaned (had a ton of hair, chewed gum, and broken toys in the water) even on the second day. No towels available for pool area or room.

Horrible
Pros:

We stayed as a team for our softball tournament and we ended up leaving because it was so disgusting. One of our parents went to her room and there was already people in it! One room had blood on the walls and floor. It was disgusting!

Uncomfortable, profiled, not welcomed

Cons:

When I cam on the property the front desk was having I guess an personal conversation and made it seem like I interrupted made me feel uncomfortable so when I realized the booking I did wasn’t what I wanted.. I knew I had to go back through the third party.. well they was giving me attitude didn’t even try to help me or book me through them.. went back to their conversation with the anyways to me and ask the other front desk what she was doing for the weekend I wanted to still stay but they made me feel so uncomfortable and like not welcomed I just chose to cancel the whole reservation and when asked for the gen manager number they basically just gave me front desk and said I had to call when she was there
