Awful. Booked two nights, only stayed one and lost the 2nd nights funds.
Cons:

AC was leaking so floor was soaking wet, and it looked as if the room above had the same issue. The room smelt old, unused. And there were old stains everywhere.

Love the area we stay in being central to what we want to see, just not this hotel
Cons:

Hotel had a mold smell and carpet was water soaked outside of a room. no hot water in shower (luke warm). Pool looks like mold spots around inside and has a suction hole that got my grandsons back and left a large red mark on his back and was reported. First night was awaken at 1:30 am by (assuming drunk) guest that were loud until about 2. Unusual smell (smoke) in elevator. Definitely will put on our no stay list.

The motel smelled musty damp..The curtains in our room were filthy..The indoor pool was disgusting..and they charged way to much for 3 women 1 night and it was 9 pm before we checked in..It asked preference smoking or non and we chose smoking but upon arrival 100% smoke free .the whole room with the indoor pool was disgusting and molded..for 116.00$ for a night , I'd stay in a tent..

Pros:

The staff at the front desk were top notch. I had difficulty checking in and their knowledge and professionalism made a potential unpleasant experience, most bearable!
The hot breakfast was convenient, it had an array of inviting breakfast items to choose from. Everything was neatly arranged and organized! A hospitable environment to begin your day in town!

I love that it was convenient to everything; the beds were comfy and very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the room I was put in looked like it had some previous issues before, and they tried to fix it, but whoever they got to fix it did a very bad job. The ceiling leaked when it rained heavily. We came back to a very wet spot on the floor, and I pointed it out to the staff, and all they did was put a trash can in the spot where it was leaking. Luckily, we were leaving the very next morning. Paint job looked awful, and the roof leaked.

Price good, staff excellent, room ok but wouldn’t want to stay more than a night.
Pros:

Convenient, indoor pool, close to eating establishments, staff was excellent

Cons:

Couch was nasty, carpet was nasty, needs some renovation. We opened the couch to sleep on and pretty sure it was part of a crime scene.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Shower leaked, tube faucet didn't work.Dirty carpets. Found roaches

The coffee was ok, everything else was either dry, stale, old, or cold.

Cons:

eggs were dry, tough. waffles were bland. Biscetts were dry, hard and bland.
