There was no laundry service

Insufficient light, water drains and water supply is poor.
Broken furniture and bad smell in the room.

Nice like the clean room

DON’T STAY HERE! We booked a group of rooms. The whole facility is in disrepair. The rooms were all damp and there was mold in some of the rooms. Some of the rooms had a very strong odor. They did move one room for us. The breakfast was not great. A few pieces of bread, some yogurt, & cereal. The only nice thing was the waffle maker.
We saw several staff members in our stay- most of them were kind. We weren’t the only ones with mild troubles. Another guest complained to us about the same issue.

The floors were wet when we came in… The hotel representatives were nice, but they explained that was because of carpet cleaning… One room was changed, but the other room that they changed to was also wet… It was moldy and felt like mildew. Furniture items were broken in our room as well… The complementary breakfast was very limited.

strong mold smell of an average motel , i personally can’t get behind it.

There was a lot of noise from upstairs guest

Clean room, clean shower, water pressure was great, too. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in a nice area. The only negative is the breakfast is horrible. You get basically juice and waffles and that’s it. Not like the other locations I.e. Fayetteville is much better. Overall just a good stay.

Decent Continental breakfast with waffles.

A little run down and breakfast was a bust. You get what you pay for. Front desk was helpful and moved us to a new room. Would not stay again.

The vending machines were empty the sheets on the bed smell like mold and had the whole room smelling like mold

I would like a refund because I was never able to check in because online. It does not state that you must pay a deposit and it was $75. That was the same price as the room I would’ve went elsewhere.

Continental breakfast was horrible. They did not replenish breakfast items. Very little selection.

On the website it states it has a laundry room yes it does but machine not working been this way for awhile now

Our room was not great, carpet felt damp, down comforter was damp, maybe didn’t get dry when washing, not sure. No door sweep so almost a 1 inch gap at bottom of door, could fit my hand under it. Lots of light and who knows what else could get in.
AC ran all night set at 70 so actually got too cold but if we turned it to 71 it hardly ran.
Bed was actually pretty comfortable so that saved it.
