The couple working there were very nice and friendly. The grounds were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The motel is dated, old shower & floors from the 70's but in clean and working order. The town where this motel was is depressed, with derelicts and weirdos wandering about the surrounding stores and restaurants (NOT THE FAULT OF HOTEL!!!!) We will NEVER stay in Yreka again, that's for sure.
Staff was overly helpful when my car battery died in the AM. Facilites were nice and good location. Thank you staff
Everything was great.
Nothing.
The lady at front desk was totally friendly. The bed made me sleep so great!!!
The guy from another room outside yelling about something early in the morning.
The room was well-furnished with some nice touches: an arm chair with ottoman; a walk-in shower (instead of a tub); shampoo/conditioner/lotion dispensers mounted in the shower.
Despite being on the main street and not far from I-5, the room was very quiet.
There were a couple nice eating options within walking distance -- I picked Casa Ramos for some Mexican food, and it was excellent! The following morning, I partook of the free continental breakfast -- nice, o.k. selection, but I wouldn't say spectacular.
Nothing comes to mind. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and good value.
The mattress was comfortable, and that's all.
Strong smell of cigarettes. The air in the room was unhealthy to breathe. Nauseous smell coming from the dirty curtains. Filthy bathroom with the dirty black corners and floors. The heater was very loud and smelly.
Muy tranquilo mucho silencio, mucha agua caliente, buen clima, limpio, espacioso
El calefactor de la recamara era ruidoso, y el "desayuno" anunciado era muy pobre.
So comfortable hotel
Pleasantly spacious room, comfortable bed, good location with easy parking for over-length vehicle (we were towing). Good breakfast restaurant just up the block.
The location is convenient because there are many businesses and it is close to the freeway.
The maid did not change my bed sheets and when I arrived, there was a used personal towel with a yellow stain and some other items inside my sheets. When I went to the front office, the manager told me that he instructed the maid not to change anything unless it looks used. He was very dismissive, but he switched my room.
The breakfast was awful. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken. The bananas were brown and and the pastries were uninviting.
Good location, nice neighborhood with cute breakfast restaurant nearby
The breakfast didn't look very appetizing to me at least, I wouldn't count on the "fresh pastries" part. But there was hot coffee, some bread and toaster if you're tight. There was also yogurt in the fridge and some bananas, so I'd say if that works for you then go for it.
Staff was nice!
