Excellent Beach Hotel in the Outer Banks.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Extremely friendly staff. This is a great location as well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful, nicely furnished and well equipped.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like.

Cons:

Ventilation fan was tremendously loud and made it literally unable to sleep at all
Receptionist did not do anything about it
Management blamed it on the wind that was non existent that night
Never ever have we experienced such poor service and problem solving

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here immensely! It was our 39th wedding anniversary and TownePlace Suites by Marriott
Pros:

Very stylish, contemporary inside rooms/areas yet nostalgic, appealing facade.
Immaculately clean room.
Firm yet comfortable beds.
Soft linens.
Well-stocked for short stay.
Impressed with full kitchen (glass top range, microwave, full/small fridge, sink, and mini stainless steel fridge)
DELICIOUS full breakfast and the pearl sugar Belgian waffles were — insanely good.
Great service from Jessica at front desk.
Really appreciate the full ramp into the property.
Elevators work great.
Small but lively indoor pool.

Cons:

No entrance from covered parking (we have handicapped plates) into facility.
It would be AWESOME if a guest could enter under to covered parking area.
The tile in the roll-in handicap shower was damaged and awkwardly repaired (white grout/silicone?) which was unattractive but didn’t impede use of well-fitted handicap shower/shower chair.

The perfect stay is possible here.
Pros:

This was our second stay at this beautifully situated hotel. The team has made significant improvements since our first visit. The hallways are noticeably cleaner, and trash left out of the rooms is removed much more frequently, with bins being emptied more often. The hotel's location is perfect, and it has its own outdoor pool and beach access just across the street.

Would surely stay here again
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, nice rooms, nice gym, nice indoor pool.

Cons:

Lobby on 1st floor instead of ground level was inconvenient and confusing. Food was decent, but could be better, not much in snack area for convenience.
