Great staff, beautiful lobby area and garden. clean rooms and well utilized space. Surrounded by lots of eateries and pubs.

Those showers... The shower glass is half open. As you shower, the water is splashing out. This brings inconvenience as you exit the shower.
The WIFI is dropping depends on your location. In my room you had to move to another corner to have good connection.

Das Personal stets äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit, humorvoll, zugewandt. Grosses Lob an das Team. Die Personen im Hintergrund haben ebenfalls grossartige Arbeit geleistet.
Die Einrichtung war zweckmässig aber eher wenig stilvoll. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Und zu wenig Möglichkeit Kleider oder Taschen oder Tücher aufzuhängen.
Un hôtel de qualité supérieure, le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. La qualité du service au bar est au niveau. Tout était au top.

Stinky shower in single room
La habitacion era muy comoda y el desayuno super completo y delicioso.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I couldn’t find the remote control for the TV but other than that, it was a fantastic stay for our family of four. Breakfast buffet had everything you expect, bur the very warm and kind staff made it exceptional. Our kids (10 months and 3.5 years old) were very comfortable and therefor there were no tantrums.
Cannot stress enough how beautiful this place is, extremely clean also, just a lovely hotel, that I’d highly recommend.
Special shoutout to the barman Bren, he made our stay unique, made the most amazing cocktails and I honestly couldn’t praise the man more if I tried and also to Trevis, same again, such a lovely man and made our stay just that much better.
