Hotel Sanpi Milano was pleasant place to stay.
Pros:

Room was very good, lots of space, large bed, and nice bathroom.
Hotel staff was friendly and very professional.
The garden was pleasant place to sit and have a drink.

En elegant, välsmakande och vilsam oas
Pros:

Innergården var fantastisk för avkoppling och ett glas vin efter en intensiv dag i Milano. Blommor och gröna buskar, trevliga utemöbler. Frukostdelen och loungen var elegant och trivsamt möblerat. Mycket bra läge. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal i reception, bar och restaurang!

Cons:

Svårt att kommunicera med städpersonalen men den trevliga personalen i receptionen löste problemet snabbt!

All in all was a fantastic stay
Pros:

Loved the lovely little garden in the courtyard , breakfast was superb and staff mist accommodating . Thank you Sara , Maria and Roman for breakfast .
Delicious minestrone !!!
Dominic and Christin for all your concierge help at the front desk . You all were amazing and will want to make us come back again .
The hotel is newly renovated , very chic !!

Peaceful oasis in a heart of buzzing city
Pros:

Great value for money. Hotel is situated in quiet street adjacent to a bigger one - 5 walking min from metro Porta Venezia, 15 min walk from Milano Centrale. Inside garden gives bliss and allows for a slow morning with a cup of coffee. Staff was very friendly and eager to help, especially Christian. Room was clean and included everything we needed - including bathrobes, amenity kits etc. Perfect place for a stay in Milan!

Pros:

Excellent location, loves the classic meets modern feel of the room and the hotel. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

More coffee in the room and there needs to be more staff at the night desk. Travis put a sign saying he has gone to the toilet and I found him fast asleep in his suit in a corner. This was when I went to get some coffee

The garden is amazing. Location is great ‐ metro, milano Centrale, shops
The hall is quite and cozy. Appreciate Roman for nice conversations.

Cons:

The safe in the room working with credit cards. Not sure that this is more safe than just code, but inconvenient for 2 people using it.
